We were told it could take up to 3 weeks for door to be ready after the surveyor had been, but we had a phone call a week later to make an appointment to fit the door as it was ready. The door fitter took less than 2 hrs to fit the door, he was polite & professional & cleared up after. We would definitely recommend Safestyle UK.”

“The door is fine, came in very quick time which was appreciated. The staff that I dealt with all were friendly and helpful The only down side I have is that I ordered black accessories (so black handle, black post box, hinges etc.) However, the barrel lock only comes in silver or gold. I wasn't made aware of this when ordering the door and when it arrived was very disappointed to find this out, so disappointed in fact I had to go out and buy a black one from another supplier and have it fitted. If Safestyle had told me this when I was ordering the door I may have reconsidered my choices or gone with a company that supplied everything in black as I had wanted. So if you are ordering black accessories be aware that the inside door lock will not come in black, but silver which I find stands out and ruins the look of door. Safestyle may want to consider having black as an option so in future customers like myself don't have to go to another company to get this changed.”

The helpdesk setting up the appointment for the sales representative where helpful and accommodating in setting a date and time to suit us.
The sales representative was informative on the door choice and its feature he also worked through the discounts available to us in a timely manner.
