“I have had my conservatory for about 5 years now and have had nothing but trouble with it. I think they must have been out about six times to try to put right different things. /at the moment I have leaks and water is running down the wall which is on one side of the conservatory and connects with my next door neighbour. The engineer came and arranged for someone, who is self employed to come and try to fix it. He moved some of the lead flashing around, said it was ok at that was that. It wasn't ok, the leak is worse so I rang them again in June this year and another engineer turned up and arranged for an appointment for someone to come and fix it on the 7th july. Before this date I was rung and they said that they couldn't come until 31st October now. This happens every time I have a problem. Now as you can imagine the water down the wall is getting worse every time it rains. You would have thought that this is an important fault which most reputable companies would have sorted as soon as possible, but not this company. I work in retail where our customer service is excellent. This Company doesn't know what good customer service is. If you are thinking about having anything from them DON'T.”
