The communications up to installation were excellent and the crew who did the fitting were excellent and left the place spotless.
We have an issue with one of our french doors. Two of us spent 4 hrs on the phone without a response. The call handling system tells you you are in a queue but not where!
I worte to them and received a response saying that they would RESPOND in 72 hrs. That response never addressed me or my issue but said that they were working to get back to normal practices and contained two links. OIne to their Sales homepage and another to their customer services page for us to call them and again here I am sitting for another 45 minutes with no response.”

“Terrible service and company that makes no effort for their customers once you have signed up. Took 8 months to complete the project after wrong measurements meant that I couldn't use a whole room in my house and a temporary window was fitted (image attached as to how this was left). Customer service is shocking. the "manager" I was assigned lied numerous times on the phone about installation dates to try and appease me. I don't normally write negative reviews, but I don't want anyone else to make the same mistakes I have and use Safestyle UK for window fitting.”
“Had my windows and doors done on the 25th June came out to check the windows and doors there were at least 12 white marks on my grey windows which the went round with a felt tip marker to cover the white bits up my front door does not lock properly back door squeaks and is very hard to lock my back bathroom window does not fit properly when closed i can still see outside there is that much of a gap the sealing around the doors and windows is rubbish some of the uvpc is all ready coming away on my bathroom windows they peeled a sticker off one of the bedroom windows but left all the sticky bit there. Getting through to there complaints department was on hold for 1 hour to be told it will take 4 weeks for someone to come out to make a report then ring me up the day before and tell me its going to be another 2 weeks before someone comes out to do the report yet when you want to buy any windows or doors you can speak to someone in 5 seconds and have a sales person at your door in less than 3 hours quick enough to take your money but not quick enough to sort problems out disgusting after sales . i knew 3 people who was going to use your company and have now decided to use someone else after me telling them of my experience .”
