Dispite cancellations due to our extended lockdown we were kept informed and when it was possible the windows were fitted efficiently and quickly
The fitter was considerate of all infection prevention directives.
The work was finished and everywhere scrupulously cleaned on completion.
At this moment we have no complaints about service and fitting and trust that will remain so.”

“I’ve had several faults with my window installation and still waiting for the remedial work to be compleated. Also when the back door arrived and fitted there was a 10mm gap at the top and bottom , Two more doors were ordered both faulty , the fourth door arrived today and when fitted a 10mm gap top and bottom, having finally got to speak to a manager he was so condescending about the all thing putting the blame on someone else , surely as a manager the buck stops with him.!!! So I would advise anyone thinking of having Safestyle to fit your windows think twice.”

I've been to a friends house today and the quality of the materials and the workmanship is a disgrace. I personally wouldn't want you lot working next door to me, the whole job is a shambles. Get your money and run should be your moto. Weeks they have been waiting for you to come back and there's NO sign of you. The sooner you close your doors the better for everyone!”
“1st a Helpful sales rep, then a thorough and swift survey followed by a short time lapse between order and installation. Finally Friendly, clean and tidy door fitters and a smashing door at the end of the process. Thank you”
“They reel you in with what they claim is a high quality composite front door with an amazing secure locking system and give you "the warranty" for your own peace of mind. Yes, their doors are aesthetically pleasing to a degree, until they fall apart for no reason! Twice now the lock has jammed. Once leaving me unable to get into the house and once leaving me unable to get out of it. Yes, someone came out to sort this on both occasions but why is it even happening?! And now the frames around 2 of the windows on the door have begun to crack, one has pieces falling off which shows the glass panel in between. Not very secure at all. Its been decided, by Safestyle, this is not covered by the warranty. So in order to get it fixed I need to pay. But this is not accidental damage caused by myself or anybody making deliveries to my property. This is poor material that weakens over time in sunlight. I do not recommend this company at all and I will not be using them again. I encourage everyone thinking of getting a Safestyle door to read the small print and don't fall for any of their cold caller BS. I am sure the positive reviews here are for new installations. Give it time, they will go wrong.”
“We were not advised at ordering that finance was an option, we then tried to organise this over the phone to be told it takes 3 weeks to set up and therefore our order wouldn't arrive when needed (current door had a huge gap at top). So we had to proceed with paying in full. Fitters arrived at 8am, but we were told 9 to 1... May not seem an issue but my husband worked until early hours of the morning so that potential extra hour wouldve been good!! No phone call saying when fitters were coming though.
Fitters were fast, but chain smoked their way through the job - therefore no covid precautions of a mask.
Overall expensive, and lacked customer service support. Door looks good but wish we had time to shop around for a better deal.”
