“Shocking after service - left the property with holes between the walls and frames, the wrong sized sill so water just ran down the brick work and it took over 2 months and multiple promises of dates to repair not happening. If its done right first time great, if not shocking!”
“Both fitters were prompt and started work immediately but they were very messy, didnt really clean up and nothing was laid out on my wooden floor, their tools and things were just put straight on the floor, prep work was really non existant, good job fitting 7 windows and 1 back door but they were very young and didnt look like they had been doing it for very long. Paid a lot of money for this work and would have liked maybe a more experienced fitter.”

Week 8 and still waiting for a window which was started ,the wrong size the wrong windows ordered , plaster broken off ,wrong size screws To hold window in , rain and wind coming in as never finished , 7 promised days of completion taken off work Waiting for installation,never turned up with Poor excuses .eventually when managed to get through , promises of manager calling back same day , the once he did,š the window still never happened, they take deposit remove window and thatās it !!!!
Do not use these people Like us we had ; quotes and went for safestyle as house hold name, what a load of rubbish, this is left with my solicitors .”

“I've just had a new back door installed by Safestyle and would like to say what a good job they did! The door is just what the wife wanted, one of the stable door types, and allows us to have the door "open" but keep the kids in. Its a well made door and and looks just right in our kitchen, I never thought I say that. The Safestyle team that fitted it were very courteous, clean and tidy and observed all the Health & Safety measures to make sure we were all safe during these "Covid Times" I cant thank Safestyle enough as the price was very good, the product is excellent and the Team through out the whole process were just the best! “My home is 600+ years old and in 2 sections (original and extension) Whilst the extension is fitted with relatively new windows those in the old section were installed in excess of 30 years ago. The team that installed them worked extremely hard, were very pleasant, and very considerate towards our comfort. The courtesy shown by them was also evident - even to the point of asking if their music was of any disturbance to us. After installation, they left our premises very clean and tidy as well as cleaning the newly installed windows both inside and out. In the few days experienced post-installation, it would be an understatement to say that the rooms withheld the heat better than prior. I have no doubt it will also bring about a reasonable reduction in our fuel bills. In short, a great installation by kind courteous fitters and a customer who is well satisfied.”
