“Firstly we were led under false pretences that if we paid 25% of the cost of our new door we would have it fitted within two weeks but mainly we had a virtual appointment plus a surveyor and they both wrote down the wrong name of glass to be fitted. We are not experts in this field and had no brochure to look at as was during coved therefore we virtually showed our salesman the back door and bathroom window (which were also fitted by Safestyle!) and to match that to our front door. They have fitted the wrong glass we have tried to speak and email them and they are just incapable of sorting this out. We have spent thousands on our windows doors etc I would advise you not to use Safestyle!!!”
