“Had French doors and a new front door with side panels installed. The side panels had not been in a week when they just shattered. Sent email and response was "we will get back to you in 72 hours" that was a week ago still not response. After spending nearly 2 days finally get in touch with post sales and spoke to the most ignorant man ever. Was told that I would have to pay for the side panels myself as he assumed something had hit the glass. Now French doors will not shut properly. Their engineers are all busy and it will be 2 weeks before anyone can come out. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE”

“Replaced all windows and patio doors. Overall very pleased. The fitters were professional and friendly and tidied up well. Only negative was the filthy dust sheets which left some marks on the carpets. Some confusion with the scaffolders with two companies turning up. Better than none I guess.”
“fairly happy with safe style and the front door. only concern is that the door handle is very stiff wen putting it into the locking position, was told by fitters that this is due to the seals being new but have recently noticed the door is slightly out of line with frame. The wife and i have no problem with it but if it was in a old persons house, they would. hopefully it will loosen up in time.”

“We chose Safestyle replacement double glazing and doors because we had seen the quality of the product when my son had Safestyle composite doors fitted four years ago. The Safestyle sales person arrived and measured our doors and windows we agreed a price which fitted our budget perfectly. One week later a surveyor called and measured our house for the installation. We agreed an installation date with Safestyle which suited us. One day before installation scaffold arrived and was erected for a difficult landing window.
The installation teams arrived on time and set about laying protective sheeting on top of our carpets. With in an hour all windows and doors had been removed. The doors and windows I wanted to reuse were removed and stored safely in my garage. The new Safestyle windows, doors and French doors were expertly fitted by five craftsmen, you couldn’t fault their work. We were shown how to operate the fire escape bedroom windows, the door and window locks and when we were completely satisfied with their installation all the old doors and windows were removed and the house thoroughly cleaned.
To summarise, Safestyle personnel wore COVID PPE at all times. The installation crews were polite, friendly and trustworthy. We now have first class modern replacement double glazing expertly fitted and a ten year warranty on everything. We would definitely recommend Safestyle for your replacement windows and doors.”
