“Delivery times have been very reliable and the delivery drivers most polite and helpful and I will use the service again when unable to visit the store myself.
But, the peak delivery charge of £7.00 is ridiculously high. Also, it is clear that the staff filling the orders do not take time to select the items off the shelves with care, as one would oneself, but grab the first thing without concern for it’s condition. When my order arrived today the red pepper was badly wrinkled and the satsumas more green than orange. I would have selected much more carefully. I have had similar problems with the quality of meat supplied.
This is very nearly an excellent service but being spoilt by what I believe is a lack of staff training.”
“Yesterday we wanted to return an Xbox controller because it had some issues and thought it wasn't up to the same quality as the other Xbox one controllers we have used. Having moved from the USA we were stunned when customer service didn't know how to handle our request and so we had to wait for another person to come and help us. After making us wait again for 10 minutes this person told us that the only option we had was an exchange as we didn't have the second electronics receipt. After asking to then speak to the manager he helped instantly with our request. We were so upset by the service and didn't trust the store at all as we felt the customer service person before was lying about a second receipt as we didn't receive anything. However the manager was very helpful and understanding. My mother bought another controller from there but again did not receive a 'second electronics receipt. we don't really know what to make of this experience. Whether they were lying about a second receipt or if it the customer service is so poor they don't know what they're talking about.”
“Old price but slow delivery, when chasing on a Saturday to ask when delivery expected to store advised they don't deliver on a Saturday, 2 hours later an email to say delivery ready for collection!”
“Sainsburys/longbridge
The store is very clean and the sainsburys staff is nice but there was a woman in a blue exclusive top with also the sainsburys wrote on it she was rude staring at me and giving me dirty looks, I think it was because I mentioned there was no toilet roll in the toilet and it's not a very nice I felt very disturbed by this woman's actions, sainsburys is a nice place to shop but not a very nice place to go to the toilet when there is no toilet roll”
