Sainsburys link up to Nectar is pretty useless.

As a vegan, I am so fed up of supermarkets advertising vegan food but then making it so hard to find. Why can't you treat vegan food like you do gluten free, and have a special section for ALL food of the same sort, ie, ambient, chilled and frozen. I don't have hours to waste trawling every single shelf to see if there might be a vegan option but occasionally, I 'accidently' see a vegan item which I was unaware you stocked as it is in the middle of non-vegan food of the same sort.

I have been buying your multi-seed granary bread flour for years and using it in our bread maker and it has been lovely, but the last two bags of flour have produced a loaf with a very poor structure and it is impossible to slice without it falling apart. Please can you investigate as I will be buying my flour elsewhere in future if things don't improve.

I was very happy through 40 years shopping in Sainsbury's Chiswick till now when my offers are decimated from over 20 to 10 on automatic shopping.I am disable 73 lady and my husband is77.We relay on cashier as this is very hard job for us.How thoughtless! Our weekly shopping is around £200,- We are disgusted .

Normally we would award 5stars for our delivery but today felt disappointed as tête-à-tête x2 did not arrive (part of Valentines gift). Yes , we had a quick refund but that is not the point, an independent retailer would have been round with them in a jiffy! Two O.A.P’s missing a bit of inexpensive cheerfulness.

Sainsbury’s has always been my main supermarket but have been driven away by meat and fish counter closures. The staff were always helpful and the standard good, but now I would have to rummage through pre packed items looking for suitable size etc and using excess packaging. I understood at the beginning of the pandemic but others have reopened so now just down to cost? If I have to go to another supermarket for meat etc. I will obviously pick up other shopping there. Such a shame.

Timing of deliveries are good, and they’re pretty reliable for store cupboard, baked goods, etc. They seem to actively choose fresh veg which store customers won’t buy. My real complaints are the lack of care in packing (heavy goods on top of fragile items) and the lack of thought which goes into substituting products which are unavailable. The latest: I ordered frozen tempura prawns; they suggested frozen mini chocolate eclairs!! Who in their right mind...??

Great food products and friendly staff but keep disappointing re online grocery delivery. We are shielding and this is on their delivery details for us. The drivers wear no gloves or masks and handle all the items with bare hands when taking out of crates and transferring them to our bags for life. Why? Furthermore their pickers use no common sense when substituting items. We ordered for today 4 x 1kg of easy peelers=4kgs. They delivered 1 x 600g of string bag instead of the equivalent of say 7x 600g bags. They always stock lots of easy peelers . Don't they want to sell them?

Certainly not happy with the recent quality of Sainsbury's fruit and veg. Bananas and Oranges were a disgrace as was an Iceberg Lettuce. This has happened several times. However, even throughout the lockdown their delivery has been reasonably good but a lot of trouble getting items we had ordered.

When l order a newspaper with my delivery, it is a 50/50 chance that it will be delivered, despite leaving the delivery time until lunchtime. Can this be addressed?

I was lucky to be an over 70 that Sainsbury's identified and gave a slot to. Most of what I ordered was delivered but I was asked to sign the handset! For this, the driver came right up to hand it to me, where was the 2 metre distance? When I commented on this, he said all his other customers wore gloves, and he was quite hostile. So they all got close to him. Other companies have signed it for me, its about time Sainsbury's sorted this out

Though I apprecuate Sainsbury'S announcements about elderly and vulnerable people, why is it that we can not update DOB and proof of age on line on personal details in Nectar app. This can be automatically linked when elderly try to order on line. Phone number to get it done, oft reaoeted, is most useless exercise.

You only need to read 95% of the comments posted over the past 24 hours to realise how many disabled people like myself will starve long before they get caught by the virus..

Really going downhill fast at the Tunbridge Wells store following the restructuring. Badly stocked and queues at checkouts. Moved on to Asda now

I have been using Sainsbury’s online delivery for about 4 months now. I am increasingly unhappy with condition/ expiry of food delivered. Several weeks ago I had bananas that were black and damaged( did get a refund) then the next week I had lemons in a net and half were mouldy( shouldn’t have been too hard to see) . Then the request for individual baking potatoes or apples ( to reduce packaging) that look like they are on steroids. Recently I have been getting veg and meat with 1 or 2 days left until expiry, and no advice from driver about being short dated. Then the latest, a dearer substitution with no refund voucher to use! Definitely getting worse.
