“I visited fareham broadcut store today and was served at the fish counter by two young men, they looked at the mussels on display and they both said they didn't want to give me them as they wouldn't close when flicked. They went out of their way to protect me from food poisoning and offered me a fresh portion. They could have just given me off ones as I wouldn't have known any different. I just wanted to say they made me feel very happy that they went the extra mile and gave me confidence that the mussels were fresh. Thank you to both of them.”
