“The product received was excellent. You provide good product diversity however, delay in receiving the product because you did not have the product in stock rather than indicate that when the order was placed and paid had to wait almost a month for delivery not acceptable.”

“Ammo Package (not shipping package) received damaged with ammo flying loosely within the box. Some slipped out while opening the carrier (fedEx UPS) box. Service was unable to resolve to customer satisfaction.”

“It took three weeks to fulfill my order. Customer Service seemed unbothered by this. The offer of reward points for this review came with the caveat that it takes four weeks for those points to apply to my account. The clear operational defiencies will prevent me from ordering here again.”

“I found their website through ammoseek advertising 50 rounds of armscor 9mm jhp, turns out when I got to their website and got the order it was 20 rounds a box, being listed on the order sheet was 20/500. Order number 189520. I decided to contact them about it and they pulled down the listing instead of just changing the actual amount. At a 60% return rate and paying shipping myself I am going to keep the ammo and order from another company.”

“We bought a 1,000 rounds of Federal Syntech 124gr for an upcoming instructor class my wife has. We've used Syntech before so fully expect it will be fine. I like how it shoots cleaner so If she really goes through 1K in this class that will be a plus. Saint Barb's had it at a good price. Shipping was quite reasonable and relatively fast. I like that. Ordering was fast and easy.”

“Order shipped almost immediately and arrived one day later! I believe I got lucky because of my proximity to the shipping warehouse, but I'll take that any day. What a quick order. Price was listed as best price on ammoseek, so I'm very happy with this order, and will do business with St Barb's again.”
