Order ID: 400885 Wanted to resupply my range bucket and Saint Barb's definitely came through on every aspect. From having the exact caliber and grain I needed to prompt shipping right to my door at a lower price than anyone else, they definitely don't slack on their service. The ammo was spot on as expected with no issues running through a custom suppressed rifle. Will definitely be ordering again in the near future.

I ordered a couple boxes of 300 Win Mag ammo from Saint Barbs through ammo seek. The price was amazing and it got to my door way faster than expected. I'll definitely shop there again!

Placed order 8 days ago, no change in order status. I have contacted Saint Barb's via email and the contact form on their site with no reply to either. Service has gone way downhill. They used to ship within a couple of days and would respond to email.

Horrible experience with Saint Barbs so far! Took almost two weeks to receive my 10 boxes of Hornady Critical Defense in 223. They said the reason for the slow shipping was because I asked for no signature lol. Finally, on the 11th day, yesterday, my ammo came in and there was only 5 boxes instead of 10. I've tried to contact them through 2 separate email addresses as well as through their site and still, after 24 hours, no response. I do NOT recommend dealing with this company, unless you want headaches. Muriel from Albuquerque

I have contacted Saint barbs multiple times and have never received any response back while attempting to make a return of an item. The return page was broken and wouldn’t respond whatsoever on a glitched screen. The screen stated that the package had not shipped yet, even though it was delivered and received a weeks prior to my multiple emails to them. They do not provide a way to contact them other than this email. Their “30 day returns” is a scam. Everything shipped accordingly however so ensure that what you are purchasing is exactly what you want.

Worst Customer Experience, Order Not Fulfilled This has been by far the worst customer experience I have ever encountered. I made numerous attempts to reach out to Saint Barb's regarding an order that was never fulfilled, but all my efforts have been in vain. I feel completely ignored and now it seems like I’ve been robbed of my money. I’ve reached out several times through different channels, but have received no response. I’m incredibly disappointed by the lack of customer service and support. I would highly advise others to be cautious when dealing with this company. If i can rated it a zero I would but this has been my first bad experience with them out of 4 orders.

Unfortunately not impressed with the XM 42 lite that I purchased. It came with a bad battery and the ignition button does not work correctly. I’ve tried to reach out via phone, email, and Facebook and have never heard back. I already had to buy a battery myself and I’m assuming lll have to buy the ignition button as well as their isn’t any customer service.

Ordered an XM42 lite flamethrower from Saint Barbs. I signed the waiver form and it was shipped to me. When I received it, I followed the directions and hooked the battery up to the charger. Unfortunately cell 1 on the battery will not charge and the battery is slightly squishy when squeezed. This is a safety concern when you’re talking about using it in a flamethrower. I reached out to Saint Barbs via email, FB messenger, and phone call numerous times and I have not received one response. It has now been 9 days since I started the communication and I haven’t heard anything. I’d love to use it since I paid $400+ for it but with no response from the company that sold it to me, I’m a bit hesitant.

Ordered from them many times with zero issues and excellent communication. On 12/27 I ordered a pistol and paid via Zezzle. As of 1/16, nothing has shipped and I cannot get anyone to respond back to my emails. I filed a dispute with Zezzle and payments have stopped on the pistol for now. They have yet to hear anything back either.

I purchased a magazine on 1/3/25 and nothing has shipped 2 weeks later. There has been ZERO response from an actual customer service representative regarding my issue. I contacted via the contact form on their website and via emails and only received an auto reply saying they received my email but nothing else. I believe I’ll add a complaint with the BBB if this isn’t resolved soon. I purchased from here before so I’m giving them the benefit of the doubt, not sure what the problem is. PLEASE RESPOND GUYS!

Very bad communication, I got one email saying that they could not get in touch with my FFL, so I sent them a new number to call, and I got my FFL to email them. Neither of us ever got a response to anything for nearly a week. The only email that was responded to was when I asked for a refund, which did come through. I also wish that

No muss, no fuss shipping and pricing. Items are well packed, and I've never had to repack ammo in the OEM box after a St. Barb's shipment. ALSO, St. Barb's does have some difficult-to-get ammo at reasonable prices.
