Terrible experience, I placed an order early in the morning on March 22, 2024 and it is still processing one week later!!!!! 🤬🤬🤬 my order totaled out to $142 for a tactical gun light, they are holding my money hostage!!!

They delivered my package to the wrong address, I filed a claim and it’s taking an abnormal amount of time, I had shipping protection and still no product or my money back. Big mistake ordering from this company so far. Thumbs down for sure.

I ordered 4 magazines for a S&W CSX but I received 4 mags for an M&P compact. I requested a return trip and shipped the mags back for replacement. I haven’t heard anything from the company since. No mags, no refund, no nothing. I would really prefer the 12 round CSX mags I ordered.

Sold a product. Didn’t know 10 rounds mags were a thing as I’m really country and don’t live in such a liberal controlling ideology state. They wouldn’t assist me at all. They offered free shipping if I wanted to buy more full sized mags.

Placed an order on 9/6 and got what was needed to ship over to them. Nothing until 9/18 when I emailed again looking into the status of my order. Amazingly it was shipped out before I received a reply.

Hi Shawn, Unfortunately orders going to states with ID requirements sometimes take us a bit longer to get moving, which we have explained in our FAQ's - https://support.saintbarbsbullets.com/hc/en-us/articles/4411988204436-Shipping-Methods-and-Processing-Time. For your order we had to move the stock from a partner warehouse to our own, which left on the 11th (the Tuesday after you placed your order Friday afternoon) and arrived on the 15th (https://www.fedex.com/fedextrack/?trknbr=783589495303&trkqual=12026~783589495303~FDEG) which was a Friday, and then went out on Monday. We're always trying to get faster, but unfortunately there are still some challenges getting things moving quickly to states like yours give the hoops that we have to jump through. Brendan

I ordered PMC Bronze 44 Magnum 180GR JHP. I received PMC Bronze 44 Smith and Wesson Special 180GR JHP. There is a big difference in velocity and energy delivered in foot pounds between the two different cartridges, with 44 Smith and Wesson Special with the much lower ballistics of the two. Communication in my effort to get this error fixed was met with long waiting periods in replies from them and much confusion in their messages when I received their replies. In their final reply to me of the two replies they sent, I was told they were currently sold out of the ammunition I originally ordered, but when they got a new shipment in, I would be given free shipping on my next order. I received free shipping on my original order. The final result of my order is I paid for and I am stuck with ammo I did not want. What else is there for me to say?

Glock bag was missing holster...I was told I would have to return the bag just to get the stuff that came with it....sounds to me like an entire month without having wat I paid for....

I received two Gun Butlers, one was in great condition the other has a chunk of plastic missing out of the corner and some big cracks. It is still operational with some Gorilla glue (I will have to reinforce it). The odd thing I found was that there no chunk of plastic that came out of the box. The box was kind of beat up and the seal was open on the top section. The bubble wrap was not wrapped over the Butlers and laying to the side. I figure it was too big of a box and did not have enough bubble wrap and the chunk of plastic must have fallen out of the top of the box. I worked in the mail room in the Army, I saw what happens to people's boxes that were not insulated well or sealed. I guess it was sent via the Army mail system, except if it was sent by the Army one of the Butlers would have been stolen.

Ordered 10K primers and that was over 3 weeks ago. Have been in contact with Azoria Powell on many occasions trying to resolve all the issues. I keep getting assured that they will come through and get my package delivered to me. First it was 2+ weeks just to get the order processed and shipped, then when they finally shipped it there was some problem so that fedex couldn't deliver it to me (on their end not mine), and now after 23 days of waiting the issues are not resolved and my package has not been reshipped. I highly recommend using a different business for your reloading needs.

I believe Winchester don’t have good quality control. I purchased 6 Boxes of this ammo and they all had some grime and what it appears to be some type of oil on them. They looked used. Very dissatisfied and disappointed. Stick to Hornady Critical Duty.

Sold me ammo then they cancelled my order because they made a pricing error. My money has still not been refunded. They're offering no coupon or discount for the hassle I'm having to deal with because of their mistake

Cannot get an answer, paid for an item on the 13th of the month and order hang changed. Reached out to consumer by email multiple times no response and cannot get in touch with anyone to process refund etc. Poor customer service and wish I never ordered from them ever.

These magazines are not what I expected. You have to buy a mag well adapter to use these magazines. They look like a full-size A.R. 15 magazine in the photo but they are miniature. I thought it was a joke at first I thought they sent me something for a quarter scale rifle I sent them back for a refund. Still haven’t heard about my refund yet.
