While the Laser Saddle is the best item for the shockwave I put it on the shipping and sales departments need to get their act together because it took an inordinant amout of time to get the item oout the door even after several inquiries.

Ordered two. One of them accepts 9 instead 10 rounds. Another one has sharp edges and scratch brass, but they work. Good quality of material, plastic and metal. Expensive. Saint Barb’s bullet had good deals.

The product received was excellent. You provide good product diversity however, delay in receiving the product because you did not have the product in stock rather than indicate that when the order was placed and paid had to wait almost a month for delivery not acceptable.

Really like a company named after Saint Barb, though presumed they might ship from Seattle, WA based on their website instead of New Holland, PA. Prices were reasonable, though shipping time was very slow (eg would have missed 2 week rebate submission deadline waiting for delivery, shipped Oct 2-18).

On August 21st., I ordered a case of Federal BYOB .22LR 36 Grain Copper Plated Hollow Point - 2750 Rounds for $90.99 which was a good price. The price almost immediately nearly doubled to $176.99 and went out of stock. Being out of stock isn't a bother as I'd NEVER pay that price for them anyway. If they ever put them back on sale for $90.99 again I'd order another case immediately. My fault for not ordering 2 cases the first time, but I never expected such a huge price increase. On August 24th., the package arrived bent up and partially opened which was a shipping issue, not St. Barb's. The buckets and ammo inside were undamaged.

The add on ammo seek said the bullets were .20 cents each it was the cheapest one. That’s not what I got almost $2.00 a round. The ammo is perfect.thanks,

I am still waiting to hear about the magazine I did not receive in my order. Could someone please get back to me on this? I have a gun with no magazine which is basically a paper weight at this point

The shipping cost was very reasonable, but a few things bothered me about the order. 1) They made a substitution without asking me first. 2) they didn't send a shipping notification so I had no idea the ammo was on its way or had been delivered 3) they contract with an anti fraud company who is not very professional and called me identifying themselves as [inaudible] in a thick indian accent, and when I looked up the number, it was some powersports dealer in TX, so I almost told them it was fradulent. These are all minor.

Service was good but the HSM ammunition is loaded with PPU brass and appears tarnished at the neck. We will see how it shoots but there is limited .264 win mag availability

There was a delay in processing my order; since I never received indication of being shipped after several days, I decided to check order status and said it was "still processing". So I sent an email via online web site tool on Apr 11th; magically, almost an hour after my query email was sent, the order email response from Saint Barb's said that it was (just) processed, and tracking became alive. I had to question the order processing delay before the order started actually moving/processing -that should not have had to happen, there should have been no delay in processing. Also, I never received an automated shipment tracking indication until I manually logged in again later to see an UPS tracking number - I feel that an email should have been sent to update processing/tracking information. You should also have the ability for a Customer to phone in and talk to a rep, instead of only manually processing a query/request via online only.

Sent to via fedex and they wanted a signature. I was not home to get it I was in Inconvenience as I had to go to Walgreens to pick up the Package

Too flimsy. Needs a zipper. The Accessory looks cheap. For the price I thought it would look better. The price should have been 29.95.

I'm sure if my product ever gets to me it will be about what I paid for. Taking a few days to find a box, a couple to wrap it up and fill out the shipping form seems on par with a company that rushes to request accolades before completing the task. Right on cue with all we see in generations of.... " I Participated!!! "

Daniel, From looking at your order it was shipped out on the 13th of February, and your order was placed on the 12th. You would have received emails with tracking information, and because of where you live (not going to post that information publicly) that would explain why things took such a long time to ship. It looks like the first delivery attempt was on the 28th.

Shipping took longer than said and emails took many days if not a week to get a response. I eventually got my purchase though.

Online shopping experience was easy and pleasant. Items were shipped quickly, packaged well, and arrived quickly undamaged. The ammo was good however, I identified that the magazines did not fit my father's Ruger precision rifle. The magazines did fit my AR-10 so I kept a couple and returned the others. The return process was also easy and pleasant. Saint Barb's processed the return almost as quickly as the original order. I am however still waiting on the partial refund to reflect in my account.

I was happy to finally receive my product. Taking 5 days to "process" an order that is in stock. No one thought of picking my order and hand to the shipping dept for 5 days. Unheard of in this day and age. I ordered the same product from a competitors site. My order was "processed" and shipped the next day from the same state, and for $10 less in shipping. Customer Service is the name of the game. And, Saint Barbs needs to work smarter to please their customers.

I have found it very difficult to find.25 auto ammunition and Finley found some from Saint Barbs. But had to pay a hefty price to obtain them around $50.00 for 25 rounds including shipping. I guess you pay for an item that is hard to find.
