“Terrible experience, I placed an order early in the morning on March 22, 2024 and it is still processing one week later!!!!! 🤬🤬🤬 my order totaled out to $142 for a tactical gun light, they are holding my money hostage!!!”

“Ordered ammunition and didnt receive my full order as it was a "mistake on the description" so they offered a 15% discount when I only received 40% of the order or I could return the order for a refund (but it CLEARLY states on the website that Special Exception: Ammunition, Tannerite, Aerosols/Liquids/Powders - No Returns All sales of Ammunition, Tannerite and Aerosols/Liquids/Powder are final. No returns are accepted due to safety reasons and shipping restrictions on these items.") I am giving them 2 stars as the customer service actually replied to me and they were nice but definitely not going to make my order whole. I get that people mess up but if you are running a web only based company then you better be sure that what is posted is exactly what you are going to get. I am not going to chance them not honoring a return and i want what was ordered so I will not be sending back anything.”

“They delivered my package to the wrong address, I filed a claim and it’s taking an abnormal amount of time, I had shipping protection and still no product or my money back. Big mistake ordering from this company so far. Thumbs down for sure.”

“I ordered 4 magazines for a S&W CSX but I received 4 mags for an M&P compact. I requested a return trip and shipped the mags back for replacement. I haven’t heard anything from the company since. No mags, no refund, no nothing. I would really prefer the 12 round CSX mags I ordered.”

“Saint Barb's isn't the biggest name in firearms related supplies so I was a little apprehensive about placing my first order. Price and availability tipped the balance. The pricing and shipping was clearly stated prior to providing personal information which I greatly appreciate. Communication was good and the package arrived as expected. I've added Saint Barb's to my bookmarks and won't hesitate to use them again.”

“I ordered PMC Bronze 44 Magnum 180GR JHP. I received PMC Bronze 44 Smith and Wesson Special 180GR JHP. There is a big difference in velocity and energy delivered in foot pounds between the two different cartridges, with 44 Smith and Wesson Special with the much lower ballistics of the two. Communication in my effort to get this error fixed was met with long waiting periods in replies from them and much confusion in their messages when I received their replies. In their final reply to me of the two replies they sent, I was told they were currently sold out of the ammunition I originally ordered, but when they got a new shipment in, I would be given free shipping on my next order. I received free shipping on my original order. The final result of my order is I paid for and I am stuck with ammo I did not want. What else is there for me to say?”

Hi Skyler, I can see one email from the email address you used for all 3 orders, where you asked about exchanging an optic. That email was in the evening on the 21st of February, and we replied on the 23rd advising that we can't do a direct exchange, but do offer 30 day returns.
