“i was pleasantly surprised! Order did seem delayed, no tracking number provided. However, these folks are legit and have plenty of stock. Will buy again.”

“Online shopping experience was easy and pleasant. Items were shipped quickly, packaged well, and arrived quickly undamaged. The ammo was good however, I identified that the magazines did not fit my father's Ruger precision rifle. The magazines did fit my AR-10 so I kept a couple and returned the others. The return process was also easy and pleasant. Saint Barb's processed the return almost as quickly as the original order. I am however still waiting on the partial refund to reflect in my account.”

“These magazines are not what I expected. You have to buy a mag well adapter to use these magazines. They look like a full-size A.R. 15 magazine in the photo but they are miniature. I thought it was a joke at first I thought they sent me something for a quarter scale rifle I sent them back for a refund. Still haven’t heard about my refund yet.”

“Very good. My eotech had a hood price and authentic. Only bad is I was waiting for a tracking number and when I asked they said it would ship in a few days. The next day I got a tracking number and it was shipped 2 days prior. So prices are good shipping was fast. In-house communication needs work. All in all good experience and will definitely use them again.”

“I was happy to finally receive my product. Taking 5 days to "process" an order that is in stock. No one thought of picking my order and hand to the shipping dept for 5 days. Unheard of in this day and age. I ordered the same product from a competitors site. My order was "processed" and shipped the next day from the same state, and for $10 less in shipping. Customer Service is the name of the game. And, Saint Barbs needs to work smarter to please their customers.”
