“These magazines are not what I expected. You have to buy a mag well adapter to use these magazines. They look like a full-size A.R. 15 magazine in the photo but they are miniature. I thought it was a joke at first I thought they sent me something for a quarter scale rifle I sent them back for a refund. Still haven’t heard about my refund yet.”

“Very good. My eotech had a hood price and authentic. Only bad is I was waiting for a tracking number and when I asked they said it would ship in a few days. The next day I got a tracking number and it was shipped 2 days prior. So prices are good shipping was fast. In-house communication needs work. All in all good experience and will definitely use them again.”

“I was happy to finally receive my product. Taking 5 days to "process" an order that is in stock. No one thought of picking my order and hand to the shipping dept for 5 days. Unheard of in this day and age. I ordered the same product from a competitors site. My order was "processed" and shipped the next day from the same state, and for $10 less in shipping. Customer Service is the name of the game. And, Saint Barbs needs to work smarter to please their customers.”
