The system is borderline a scam offering no apparent cancellation under Account Setting or any visible sign to customer that the account is either active or renewal is due! Contacted customer service and even they couldn't explain clearly where to cancel until a bit of trail and error on my part! so POOR!!!”

“So I got my first SakuraCo box! I got the Sakura (cherry blossom) edition. I must say I am in love!! There are so many snacks and they are all so pretty to look at, and I’m sure even better to eat. I got a little Sakura dish bowl as well to hold my snacks. It came with two Sakura green tea packets. I have had Sakura green tea before, but not authentic from Japan so I’m really looking forward to trying them out. Everything about this box is amazing!! Another thing I love about this subscription box is that you can order every month individually or subscribe for 3 month, 6 months, or a year. The the more months you subscribe at once the larger the discount! While I am not on an auto subscription for multiple months (due to my own financial costs) I will be ordering again from SakuraCo. If I had to say anything negative about this box it’s that two of the Sakura cracker things (best way to describe them) came broken. Though that is to be expected with its long journey from Japan. So honestly nothing truly negative to say really.”

There's many boxes out there that cater more towards pop culture (Tokyo Treat and Japan Crate are both excellent for that) but this is the first I've found that appeals to the side of me that love traditional Japanese culture.
