“Sakuraco puts so much thought and care into making their boxes- from the presentation and visuals to the selection of snacks. Everything in their boxes is so thoughtfully curated. The snacks are authentic and sourced locally. And are made specifically for Sakuraco, so you wouldn't be able to find these snacks anywhere in the US. There are so many snack box subscriptions, but Sakuraco is by far the best one I've seen.
The only downside is the price. It varies by which subscription you choose. $37.50 being the highest, if you renew monthly, and the lowest is $32.50. Plus $12.50 for shipping. And it's important to note that they do not have a refund policy.”
“We are always really excited to receive our Sakuraco box in the mail. We get at least 4 (2-3person) afternoon teas out of every box. The treats remind me of my trip to Japan- those very subtle flavours and sweetness. I love the informative and beautiful pamphlet that comes with each box and the beautiful ceramic dishes that have come in each box.”

“Sakuraco did not in any way make clear that when you purchase 3 months they mean 3 months at a time -- there was no notification at all via email or otherwise that they would charge me again, yet they went ahead and billed me for $140+ for an additional 3 months that I did not want. After I immediately reached out to request a cancellation and refund they told me no, and also warned me that if I take it up with my bank they will hold the boxes I already paid for.
Do not buy from them -- this is false advertising and a total scam to me.”
