“This was the easiest and best decision regarding a treat subscription box. After seeing the advertisement online and doing a bit of research, I'm holeheartedly happy I chose Sakuraco. For me, snacks are snacks (though I will admit to greatly appreciating this month's) but I am also interested in learning. The info booklet was the selling point for me. Learning about what and where the snacks come from is just as important to me and Sakuraco delivered!”
“I'm absolutely over the moon (pun intended) with this month's theme, Kyoto's moon-viewing festival! The selection of snacks was delightful, personally I loved everything that came with it, and the care that goes into the whole ensemble is just endearing. It really feels very special. I especially love the Tsukimi plate, in my opinion the most beautiful piece of dishware they have included yet.
There were slight technical shipping hiccups, but everything arrived in a timely manner and without any bigger issues!
I'm only disappointed that the box wasn't inside another cardboard box, instead just having a shipping label stuck straight onto it. I would have loved to re-use the box if it weren't for that, and another layer of protection could probably have prevented some broken cookies, too!

The teas, savory snacks, sweet treats, and baked goods that came in this box are so delicious. I'm satisfying cravings I didn't even know I had and was able to explore a new type of tea.
The box also came with an informational booklet that describes each item in the box, the item's history and regional history where the item was created. I really enjoyed reading about every item.

The saddest thing was creating a pile of snacks we could have, and a pile of snacks that we could not have. I went to the Sakuraco site to see if there was an option for a totally vegan box, but to no avail.
This box subscription was a gift to us, and we're so excited to get them for the next couple of months, but I'm really not looking forward to the same ritual of sorting out the snacks we can't have. ):

“My first box arrived in just thirteen days of my order being placed. Everything in the box is so colorful and fun. I love the booklet that has so much information about every item in the box, as well as history about the city, and the tsukimi festival. I really like the little card, with the note on the back of it. I can't wait for my next box!”
