“Do NOT buy from Zarenza. I ordered fleecy lined leggings thinking they were from the Netherlands. Of course they were NOT. When they arrived they didn't fit and while the front was comfortable the back was so low they were uncomfortable. Bad pattern making. After a few emails they eventually agreed to me returning them - to CHINA - at my own expense and they would send me a refund. They were very difficult to deal with. Of course, they did NOT refund and sent the leggings back with a "bounce message" sticker. No money was returned. Stay away from this company.”

“Fraud!! They haven’t returned money for an “express delivery” that they didn’t make! In emails they just ignore. They didn’t provide any proof, they just said “sorry, there is no possibility to return money.” That’s their fault, not DHL, because they didn’t send my parcel early morning, they decided to do it in the evening (like they can decide when I pay for the express) that’s why it wasn’t coming on time!”

“Geen service bij retourneren. Na 1.5 jaar gingen mijn dure Timberlands kapot. Ik heb hiervan foto's en video's gestuurd, maar hier kwam maar heel traag reactie op. Meerdere keren heb ik de wetransfer link opnieuw moeten sturen omdat die telkens verviel tegen dat men deze wou openen. Uiteindelijk viel de communicatie van hun kant volledig weg.”

“Ordered expensive shoes that broke after wearing them only three times. I hadn't even properly broken them in yet during that time. Their customer service says it's "damage due to normal use" and refuses return or refund, not even a partial refund to cover the repairs. I guess quality is not in their dictionary. Can only recommend to avoid them.”

“First time using this website and ordered the burgandy bag. Loved it the colour is great. For the size it fits a lot of stuff in it :) it took a few weeks but we'll worth the wait. I will be ordering other colours so thank you sarenza :)”

“NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. My $80 shoes broke on first wear within 10 mins of wear. Despite emails you get no solution just pathetic AI generated replies. Selling junk and not refunding faulty products.”

“They are crooks working from China. Currently calling themselves "zarenza" with a European addess. Ordered three pairs of shoes. They split the order between two Chinese companies. They sent one pair of shoes (wrong size). wouldn't refund or replace. Of the other two outstanding pairs one finally arrived. They were very cheap and nasty and again the wrong size. Avoid these shysters like the plague.”

“DON'T BUY FROM THEM. False advertising and impossible to return. Linen pants turned out to be polyester. After multiple emails was given a return address in China and still waiting, and it was 2 months ago. Reched out to customer services 3 times and still nothing, only promises. Total reap off, a scam.”

“I want my Money back!!!!! Searched for orthopedic shoes and came across Zarenza site. Placed order and waited 3 weeks. Shoes are not orthopedic and are rubbish. Cheap and nasty not like advertised, and delivered in a plastic bag with no paperwork. I have requested to return them but not holding my breath. What a Scam company! Don't buy from this company!!!!!!!!!!!!!!”

“Poor quality, twisted strap, definitely not orthopedic, not in Australia as advertisied, shoes not boxed came in a plastic bag - Like TEMU The shoes are not orthopedic as advertised. The strap was twisted sewn on incorrectly. They would only offer 30% refund or 60% credit. Poor quality, didn't even come in a box, came in a plastic bag just like TEMU shoes. I will not be shopping here again. Difficult to deal with and the only way to return is to pay for the return and tracking yourself and after or 6 emails to and fro they still didn't give me their return details which is overseas somewhere. The company is called Luxza Enterprise based in Hong Kong - buyer beware”

“DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY - AGREE IT IS A SCAM COMPANY - I thought I was dealing with Company from Netherlands, after ordering 2 pairs of shoes and a linen top, I got emails confirming shipment was on its way but then the company address changed to Denmark!! Wasn't till I received goods that I found that the top was not linen as advertised in the pictures - was a cheap gross material that looked nothing like the picture. The shoes were both nice but one pair didn't fit properly so I have sent several emails asking to return the top and the shoes that don't fit and they've just ghosted me!!! I'm kicking myself that I didn't find this page before buying - this site shows the address details as Paris!! BE WARNED - IF YOU DO BUY AND RECEIVE THE GOODS, THEY'RE CHEAP AND NASTY NOT LIKE WHAT IS ADVERTISED ON LINE AND IT COMES FROM CHINA - YOU CAN'T GET YOUR MONEY BACK - THE WEBSITE IS A LIE - SCAMMERS!!!”

“Zarenza is in reality a Chinese business "Luxza Enterprises". I bought some leather slippers which looked very good in the add but failed miserably when I recived them. Poor quality, inferior materiials & uncomfortable. So I requested a refund via email. Their response was offers of discounts, vouchers, advice, everything other than a return address. Several subsequent requests resulted in the same evasive response. I put the matter in the hands of Paypal and informed Luxza. I received the return address (Guangdong China) the next day. Return cost AUD$25.00. No I will see how long the refund takes.”

“DO NOT buy from Zarenza Au. I made sure to properly check my size against their size guide. What they fail to share is that if a size 42 is meant to match a foot that measures 26.5cm, that is the length they make the foot bed. (I.e. the shoes are WAY too small and do not fit). Now they are refusing to acknowledge Australian Consumer Law and will not provide me with a refund unless I pay to return the goods to China myself which costs min $20. That was only after fighting with them after they wanted to offer me a percentage refund or a DISCOUNT to purchase more. Disgusting. AVOID!”

““Zarenza-au” Definitely not a legitimate business. Per other reviews a disgusting experience. Passing off faulty, cheap and nasty product (shorts) as a high quality SPANX brand. Would not give refund offer only a DISCOUNT on buying another item. DO NOT BUY from this rogue company. Product was inferior and hardly worth $1 even if not faulty. They take your money and then give rubbish responses to discourage you from sending back item to CHINA at your cost. ACCC needs to shut them out.”

“Do not trust this business operating under many names Sarenza - Zarenza. They will take your money and not refund you as they promise on the website. If you want to get a refund you have to send your shoes back to an address in China.I sent my shoes back on 11/10/2024 and I contacted Australia Post on 12/11/2024 to find out that they were in China customs and I needed to contact the company who needed to contact China Post. Zarenza are not an Australian business. I am owed AUD264 plus it cost me AUD70 plus in postage to send the shoes back to China. Zarenza say they are authentic on the website by telling the customer that you have to pay to send the shoes back for a refund. What they do not tell you is you have to send them to CHINA.They will not offer you a refund immediately when you contact them. They offer you a discount to purchase more items. This page says the business address is Paris, the web page I was dealing with said it was in the Netherlands. THIS IS A SCAM BUSINESS”
