1- No intimation on Flight cancellation. 2- Payment refund policy is not good at all ( 7 to 10 working days, Why? 3- They should also show trends of Flight cancellation at the time of booking so that customer can take decision based on those trends. 4- There must be some penalty on airline when they cancell Flight frequently. This app should be customer friendly and facilitator.

You do not mention all the charges regarding the flight we choose, e.g you've shown the ticket price PKR 25000 per person, but when we go to the selection to book the ticket there are more charges applied regarding baggage separately and price is gone high. this is not a fair policy/deal. Kindly tell me that how a person goes without any baggage/bag? You should mention all the charges that can applicable at your first search screen. Isn't it? Zia

Its convientent service but the time tickling this time would be a good strategy but also a hassling one . Please review this policy. Apart frkm that i booked ticket for around 14875 but at the time of booking turned out to be 15875 and it was very discouraging .sound like hidden charges.

My flight was cancelled from the airline and then later on i cancel it if the flight is cancelled from the flight they will directly give you all money back as i choice modification and cancellation tickets they didn't give my refund back for modification and cancellation and also cut down my payment credit cards fee if they didn't provide me anything how they cut the these charges the flight was cancelled by the airline not from my side

The experience was satisfactory and it can be very good but Fly Jinnah main counter changed my already reserved seat and give assigned another seat after 10 rows. Therefore, I also face the challenge of my reserved meal, as it was reserved for that particular seat.

I comfortably book the tickets for Isd-Lhr. But the moment our schedule changed and we tried to seek your app/ representatives help the real trauma began since then . You app is not responding since last two days ,your team charged 30% Cancellation charges( which is high as a crime) . We do get change of plan but this much cost is obnoxiously expensive. Moreover ,I am waiting refund and there is no contact possible through your phone line as it doesn’t accept any kind of input for a selected number like 3 etc . This was probably the worst service experience,probably won’t be looking towards you in future. Please feel free to contact. Regards

Mr saad is really a good person he guided me through every thing but there's some hidden charges that should be clarified please don't booke your flight with any international card it should be HBL or any other Pakistani accounts extra charges will be apply 35AED

Tickets were issued without checking my name on the passport which made me to rebook them on different dates. Please guide your customers accordingly before issuing the tickets
