“Excellent service. I was between sizes and Simon was very helpful and responsive in helping with measurements etc, to make sure I got the right bike. I also needed the bike to be delivered on a specific day, and the dispatch was held for a couple of days to make sure this happened. Very happy customer!”

“My purchase was very fairly priced compared with other retailers. It arrived very promptly and was well packaged. I was very pleased to have bought from an independent bike shop. Communication with the shop was fast and easy. I understand and respect their returns policy ie. items can't be unwrapped so they can be sold again to avoid waste.”

“I cannot recommend these guys enough. The best way to review a company is not when things go right but how they deal with it when things don't. Thanks to a delivery error outside of their control the man I spoke to (nice chap) dealt with it quickly and efficiently to sort the problem. I would have no problem recommending Scotby Cycles and will definitely be using them again.”
