“Needed a custom kilt for my younger son, who has outgrown a boy's kilt, but needed a shorter drop than the standard adult sizing. I was very pleased with the quality of the product for the price and could not believe that I had it in hand in three weeks, despite being a complete custom piece. My only regret is that I didn't order a women's utility kilt at the same time, next time!”

“I ordered several items 11 days before an even I need them for, paying for them via Paypal. I did not receive any notification from Scottish Kilt Shop about my order directly, but had to email customer service (after I couldn't get through on the phone) only to discover that my shipment - for which I paid 60 dollars for shipping for!!! - would not arrive until two days after my event. I eventually talked them into expediting the package, which finally arrived the night before my event, after I already spent much extra time and money to find a local shop from which t rent from. I haven't even opened the package - I'm simply going to send it back.”

“Perhaps maybe work on communication some? That way people can keep up to date on the location and status of their orders. I also ask that you please do something about accounts somehow getting deleted in mid-order. While I appreciate your cooperation and feedback, my thoughts tell that communication could be worked on a bit, but otherwise, you're still doing great~”

“I was very grateful that they had issued me a refund for doing a few videos with me wearing and speaking of their fine kilts in the description. That refund was used to buy food for a few dear friends of mine that were going hungry. I'm definently ordering from scottishkiltshop again! Going to try out their stewart royal tartan kilt the next time I order~”

“You never answer your phone - there's never anyone in the office to answer the phone - why do you have a phone number on your web page if no one can get hold of you? You also take a very long time to respond to emails - not good for business”

“So far, i'm very happy with the business that this site does, the kilt I ordered from them was of very good quality and the staff was courtesy and professional. However, when I had recieved my order, I found that it was not complete as I had ordered a sporran to got with my new kilt, and that sporran was not in the package, I contacted the site staff and they promptly saught to correct the problem. The sporran is in the mail at this time with no additional shipping charged to me. I am greatly hoping that it arrives before Thanksgiving as I have a performance to give in town on that day and would like to be in highland dress for it. All in all, this is a great vendor, one that I do grealy recommend to anyone looking to order a fine kilt at an affordable price. I do plan to do business with them again very soon~”

“Kilts are EXACTLY what you order, from the tough UT kilts to the special "Formal" attire. I am extremely pleased with all of my orders and the fits are perfect. I'd highly recommend Scottish Kilt to anyone interested in buying this type of gear!”
