“I placed my order and 2 weeks had went by so I asked for a tracking number after checking tracking a shipping label had been made 8 days prior but had not been shipped not sure why print a label but not actually ship it I'm still waiting on my product but hope to see it soon.”

“Even when we were bad customers (We thought our order wasn't going to arrive on time), the customer support was great. The order was said to arrive by a certain date, we had not received it and it was getting into the afternoon. We made a not-so-nice phone call to their customer service. They were professional and very helpful, tracking the package and checking the delivery date. They verified delivery was scheduled for that day. Package arrived about 1 hour later. Thank you! And apologies from us for not being as gracious as their customer support. Would absolutely recommend Scottish Kilt. Delivered as promised.”

“I am happy with the material and style. Not so sure about the apron. It doesnt fall like i would like it to. It may have been my measuring so i cant knock it completely but laying it flat without me in it still looks iff. Other than that i would reccomend it. I will buy again and make adjustments to my measurements to try to address the lay of it. It is very comfortable. I really like the weight of the material better than the other brand i bought. Once again my issue maybe my own fault. Not sure so i cant give it a 5 star rating. But like i said i would recommend it and will buy again.”

“I put in an order for a shirt at the end of June. It just shipped August 16th. This is my first order with the company, so I can't speak for the quality of the product since I am still waiting on the shirt to deliver. If you are looking for something in a hurry, this place may not be your best option.”

“Ordering process was straight forward, took about 3 weeks in total. When kilt came in the fitment was right on just loose enough to be perfect to use with the belt. The hardware holding the side pocket/bag feels just a little bit on the cheap side, but it will probably hold up ok, time will show. Overall very happy with the purchase”

“Love the fit and durability for kids. We added a privacy snap from inside front to back, just for those hot summer days when the boys can be free. Only recommendation to improve design is the snap.”

“Love my new kilt, but wish it had been packed better for shipping, as it arrived fairly wrinkled. Also, there were no washing instructions so that i can safely preserve the pleats.”
