“I ordered 3 Mackenzie face masks and like how they look. The fabric is hot is you wear your mask more than 20 minutes. They could use a more breathable fabric”

“I was surprised to see a Lamont tartan readily available in a non-wool kilt, able to be custom sized, and had to jump on it. Especially for the price compared to the wool option at the mills. I'm a bigger guy so it would cost a fortune for a customer woven Lamont usually. And this kilt would be perfect until I get off my ass, lose weight and know where I'm gonna be steady at for size. Anyways, I got my measurements in including a 54" waist. I measured 55" but and inch wasn't going to make a big difference but the price cutoff was $20 cheaper for the 54" I think. I went with that. About a month later it came. Seems well made and about what I expected. I read some bad reviews on a 3rd party site for Scottish Kilt Shop and was a little worried. But it was good. I tried it on and it was loose. With the buckles all the way in it worked but feels like if I suck in even a little bit the kilt's gonna fall off. I remeasured and I'm still 55". So a kilt that's supposed to be an inch tighter feels really loose. But I Like I said, and inch shouldn't make a huge difference. I'll get a belt and see how that helps out. Just disappointed the buckles were as tight as they could be. Maybe I'll do some altering of those too and can make it work without distorting the pleats or shrinking the apron too much. Overall, looks good and was as expected for the price and material. A little loose but I'll manage.”

“This was my 5th Kilt from scottish Kilt shop and this is the first time I haven't left a 5 star. I ordered the carpenter kilt and have a couple issues, first big one is the button hardware, all 4 button backings bent the first time I tried the kilt on. After wearing twice I'm pretty sure they will break completely next time and I will have to have someone replace them which is very disappointing. Second item is that the leather pockets are permanently attached to the kilt and I thought they would be removable for washing so I don't know how long they will stand up to wash cycles. My only other problem was a VERY long delivery time however I can't fault them as this was ordered during the initial Covid-19 lockdown so delays were inevitable even though I was assured 3 weeks delivery at time of ordering.”

“Was slightly smaller than what I ordered and I wish they were buttons instead of snaps so I could wear it without a belt. Other than that it's a very nice kilt and I'll most likely order another one. Also the "made in Pakistan" is rather disappointing Also notba fan of the box pleats. Tdd hey never lay flat”

“Dear Sir, Globally I'm satisfied with my kilt but...I have quality problem with the buckles...buckle fingers are too short,it doesent keep the band locked.I will be obliged to replace those buckles so it's why I'm a little desopointed.Kind regards.”

“Service, price, and quality were all great. I am only giving 4 stars because I'm unhappy with the coloring of the royal Stewart fabric I ordered. The yellow was too pronounced, and in the pictures the blue appeared to be navy not bright royal blue.”
