“I called Secret Garden from out of the area to send get well flowers. I cannot tell you how helpful knowledgeable and nice they were on the phone. The immediately put together a beautiful bouquet. They took down a card with lots of names with no problem. I will absolutely call them again if I need flowers in their area.”

“When order was placed, I specified morning delivery from 10:00 AM. I was told that that would be honored. At 2 PM I called and asked where it was, again stated it was promised in the AM & the representative said she would check with the driver and call me back. I did not receive a call back and then called 20 minutes later only to be told it would be another hour. I asked to speak to the manager, someone else came on the line and said it would now be around 4 PM. I told her it was to be the morning. I asked that she cancel the order as it was not delivered when promised. She said she would advise her manager and that he was too busy to come to the phone. The order ending up coming around 5PM”

“I called Secret Garden Rose to order birthday flowers for my soon to be daughter in law. The process wasn’t hard but I ordered at 10:30 a.m and she didn’t get them till 6:00 p.m. She loved them but the timing put a damper on the whole day. It made it seem like such an afterthought.”

“I ordered a Thanksgiving centerpiece to be delivered to a friend. The artistic arrangement is colorful and joyful. The ordering process is effortless. And my friend just raved about the various types of flowers and the vibrant colors used in the arrangement. It was perfect for the occasion!”

“I did not love the arrangement... seemed not very cordinated, some stem showed, the baloons were supposed to be 2 colored, one red one blue and only one Shiny Happy Birthday. It started at $150 and ended well over $200. Was not told the final price... It was on the invoice long after ordering.”

“I have a weekly subscription for our office. When the flowers arrive every Monday afternoon, they are a much needed palate cleanse and pop of color. Everyone in our office loves the beautiful and colorful arrangements. The flowers really make our space special.”

“I texted with a question about delivery on a Sunday afternoon. My text was responded to in a short time and I spoke to a lovely florist. The florist quickly understood what I was looking for in the way of a surprise last moment gift. The florist provided excellent guidance and I had the sense that I they would make a beautiful bouquet without much direction on my part. The gift was such a surprise for a loved one - it was delivered promptly on the same day! It was gorgeous!”

“I ordered flowers to be delivered and was told they could go out that evening or by 11 the next morning. Timing was important to me as I explained. They weren’t delivered until after 4 the next day. My recipient barely had time to enjoy them due to scheduling. Very disappointed!”

“Hi there We were very disappointed with the flowers that got delivered to our client Scott Mikita for The Phantom of the Opera opening last night. I asked for purples, yellows and whites primarily No carnations…please compare what you sent to the pictures of flowers we have sent below. What you sent did not even come close to what we wanted to send our client on his big opening night. Attached are some examples of bouquets we have sent to our clients for less money than you charged, I might add. We would like to get reimbursed for at least half of the money that we paid you. Please put it back on my credit card. The bill came to $144.99 I would appreciate it. Thank you Renee Glicker”

“The two dozen roses that I ordered were not delivered. I ordered two dozen longstem, fully dressed roses of arranged in a vase. I got two dozen short, stemmed bluntly cut stuffed in a vase all of the same length with a little greenery around the bottom. It looked like somebody bought it from a street vendor. Embarrassed is not the word for it! I would not ever advise anyone to buy anything from this company. When I called to complain, they told me someone would get back to me the next day which never happened. Disgusted! Sincerely,, Debbie Harris”

“I asked for a photo of the flowers, and the card, so they could identify them. I have no idea what they looked like. You had my phone number and my email address. Also, I asked for the flowers to be addressed to Mrs. Jackie Siegel, not just Jackie Siegel. How do I know that was done?”
