“Very, clean professional looking storage center. Front desk personnel was courteous and helpful with all questions being answered and renting of space. I would highly recommend storage place to any friend or family.”

“I simply HAD to give a review for an angel named Janelle who works at this location. After a very tough week with hurricane Ian, she went above and beyond! I thought great customer service was dead. Not at this Secure Space and not with Jenelle. This girl deserves a raise AND a bonus. Everything went smooth but only because of her. In fact, she was extremely busy helping many different people (some not nice peeps) and she kept a smile on her face, was professional and so very kind….the best part! . The facility is fairly new and looks great. I have rented storage units for over 20 years and this is one of the finest. Thank you! Keep up the great work, Janelle. You are a gem!”

“I called and was in desperate need of a unit as my house sold quickly! I was so pleased when Janelle answered and assured me she could help. She was ununderstanding, attentive, and had everything in order when I arrived to sign the paperwork. Talk about an easy transaction!! She even walked me to my unit so I would know exactly where it was! She is the perfect example of a STAR employee!!!”
