“My order was sent twice because the first one didnt deliver for some reason but they sent me all the info I needed to file a missing mail and ended up getting my order about a week and a half later after going down and getting a letter from USPS. Once I received the seeds I was having germination issues and Christopher made sure I was compensated in a short time with loyalty points to get seeds in exchange for the seeds that didn't pop. It was a bit of a challenge getting my seeds but the customer service was above and beyond the seedsman support was great will be ordering again forsure.”

“The 1st order was a couple years ago. About 70% success rate on popping them. .my last order seems a little better I'd say it was an 85% success rate. A few were duds but the rest were vigorous growers after popping. Good seeds still get duds though.”

“I have had excellent delivery and appreciate the information available on the seeds ordered. On my last order Laughing Budda BFS622-F3 card # 8576 none of the seeds germinated. I tried to report the issue with your virtual system, but I couldn't get my photos to upload.”

“Website was easy to navigate. Pricing was fair. Deals were decent placed orders from 3 companies the same day. Seedsman was the fastest delivery, and although I spend the most with seedsman I feel N.A.S.C gave more freebies. No biggie it could have been the deals selected. Giving customer service 4 stars due to the survey, however I have not had to deal with them so I can't give an accurate depiction of how they interact with customers.”

“I've had very good experience with every strain I've bought except the Alaskan banana berry auto I've bought 6 seeds now and they come up then die within a day or 2 other than that I'm really happy”
