“Second order from Seedsman. Every seed has germinated that I have tried except 1 out of 20. But that could have been my mistake, it was a White Widow Auto. 2 reasons for a 4 star review instead of 5 this time. 1- two items were missing from my order. Contacted them and they made it right. 2- No way to leave a review with pictures unless they "invite" you to leave a review. I would have liked to have been able to update my original review with pictures of how well everything is doing and growing.”

“Good customer service seed one of three seeds is doing good other two sprouted quick but that's bout the best I can say bout them the good one is 6 in tall and the other two are 1.5 in and all in the same lighting and condition”

“I didn’t receive my order quickly because for some reason my address was not complete and I had trouble editing it. I got it after about 4-5 days longer than usual. The Greenhouse seeds have been a problem in germination rate. I had one pop. I love SLH but can’t seem to get a good one in a long time. Thanks for including the OG Kush. All of them are growing strong. I may try Greenhouse again but I’m hesitant. Richard Smith”

“Company has a wide variety and is pretty quick with orders. I've had a hard time getting some of their seed strains to germinate but that could be because of user error. Overall not a terrible experience, just a few hiccups.”

We also hold our suppliers to the same high standards. This said these are live products and competencies & environments vary so we try to help customers if they have issues. “Love the fact that you get breeders packs shipped out, as you know many seed banks just repackage the seeds for shipment overseas. Did have a missing item in my order though, and that was frustrating. I had ordered (2) packs of DNA's Holy Grail Kush, but only received one. So my only suggestion would be when filling orders, make sure to check the quantities of each item. I work in shipping and receiving, and am constantly pulling orders that have the same item several times. So instead of just scanning one item a bunch of times, we scan each item individually, until the order is complete. We also check the quantity number of items that the order is SUPPOSED TO HAVE, vs what I've put together in front of me. That's all though, Seedsman sent out the missing pack of seeds, but that gets to another point: it was just my word against Seedsman's, and luckily for me, Seedsman believed what I was saying about the missing packs. In a situation like this, how would Seedsman ever truly know if they did/didn't sent out the packs that customers said they didn't? Anyway, thanks for your customer service, and look forward to doing business with your company again in the future.”

“Shipping speed was perfect. Packaged as expected from them since they're a staple of my places for acquiring genetics. Had a few damp off but I expect that with the fact that they don't travel around the globe in climate controlled environments so the heat during that is a bit detrimential to to viability of the product. Never even needed customer service since they set up the usa distribution. The other downside is some stuff that is missing here that they have in their UK catalogue, mainly Rare Dankness Ghost Train Haze. A favorite for my racing mind and it is not available through them. All in all, 4 out of 5 this time around due to the fact that I believe measures should be taken to prevent temp damage to the product and I also think that the USA catalogue and Spain's should have the same selections.”

“In the process of searching, I’d click on links that weren’t relating to what I sought to click on. I had to find the name and type it in the get to the ones I was specially trying to find. Made it a bit difficult to nail down the ones I was interested in. Other than that, I’m currently running Fast Budz for my first run. She’s growing as advertised… Fast, lol. I’m limited to 6, in my locale, and only have a 2x2 tent at the moment, so limited on what I can run at once. Time will tell, as these are beginning stages to my adventure here. Seedsman was highly recommended by other growers, so here I am to support what has been highly spoken of. Thank you Seedsman!!”
