“I had issues w the order being acepted correctly by the website. I tried twice w what seemed to be unsuccessful attempts w a red warning note flashing across the screen. After being told by the red message my order didnt process correctly twice, i ended up being charged twice. Seedsman did remove one of my charges and i did receive my order. However, when i recieved my email saying i had my order was complete and on the way, i clicked on the tracking number and was told by a little message i was getting three free seedsman northern lights auto flowers w my order. Those never came. I had hoped seedsman had put them in to compensate for the way my order was handled.”

“Had trouble with making an order. Website is buggy. Got charged for an order that didn’t go through. But within 3 days everything was taken care of professionally. Otherwise great experience.”

“This years experience was notably iimproved from last year. I went online, ordered and the order arrived within a week. Last year, problems from ordering, payment / refund elongated arrival time. But the positive, seed did germinate and production was satisfactory.”
