“Initially there was a problem with my delivery. Not sure how it happened, but one of the seed packages was empty (ie. no seeds inside). The missing item was eventually re-shipped, so everything worked out well in the end. Delays in communicating with Customer Service resulted from the Easter holiday, which is understandable. Overall I feel Customer Service did a great job handling the matter, and I'm happy with the way the problem was resolved. I'm also glad I payed a little extra for shipping insurance, otherwise I'm not sure I would've received the missing item, valued at almost $100 USD. One other matter I'd like to mention is that I've never received tracking info for either of the orders I placed this year, including re-shippment of the missing item. Also, my account profile did not show the re-shippment. Not a huge problem, but I thought I'd mention it. Order # SSUSA-00178317, Ticket #543695. Thank you.”

“I didn't get all the seeds I've ordered but you guys quickly fixed the problem. One way to avoid this problem in the future is to include the invoice in the package so all the items that were order will be in the package”

“The whole process was a smooth operation! One downside is I received 2 3-seed packages of the same product and I thought I ordered just one. I would have ordered a five seed packet if I wanted more than three seeds. Other than that keep up the good work!!”

We do test seeds from all the batches of seeds that we sell - and only release for sale seeds that test over 95% germination - we are therefore very confident with the quality of the seeds that we sell. We also hold our suppliers to the same high standards. This said these are live products and competencies & environments vary so we try to help customers if they have issues.
