“Everything was good on your part. But unfortunatelly the tracking of the parcel did not work. So I got no information about where it was. The shipping company had a web page that was empty for that parcel. ( I created a ticket on that for you ) Anyway, everything worked out ok, but the tracking is important. If it does not work, you can't know if everything is ok, and it gives you more work, since you have to answer unnecessary questions.”

“The seeds arrived in plenty of time for germination and planting. If only the results had been as satisfactory. I ordered ten mimosa seeds, and you included three white widows as a bonus. Five of the ten mimosas, and one of the three white widows, are growing. I do not consider that a successful planting. Update: About a week after the first five mimosas poked through, three more belatedly appeared. That gives me eight mimosa and one white widow growing, which is obviously much more satisfactory. Nine plants-- plus a couple of photo plants from seeds salvaged from purchased herb -- is quite acceptable results.”

We do test seeds from all the batches of seeds that we sell - and only release for sale seeds that test over 95% germination - we are therefore very confident with the quality of the seeds that we sell. We also hold our suppliers to the same high standards. This said these are live products and competencies & environments vary so we try to help customers if they have issues. “I loved the variety of genetics. So many beautiful colors and leaf structures… frosty buds and amazing genetics. Only issue I had with my order was that I was missing some items. One pack of 5 peyote gorilla fem… and two freebie packs of the garlic jam and something else. Customer service said my pack of peyote gorilla is on the way to me now. Still waiting but will update when it arrives so i can make my review a 5 star. Excellent customer service and products. I actually just made a new order and super excited for these to arrive as well. 💪🏽 ty.”
