“Order arrived on time. The seeds are of good quality, although i had difficulty woth the CBD variety. The website is a bit wonky and what is up with delivery "insurance"?”

“All my seeds sprouted except two out of three of my peyote wi fi using the paper towel method also otherwise all my other plants are doing great . Those seeds seemed to be very small and a little dried out looking .”

We do test seeds from all the batches of seeds that we sell - and only release for sale seeds that test over 95% germination - we are therefore very confident with the quality of the seeds that we sell. We also hold our suppliers to the same high standards. This said these are live products and competencies & environments vary so we try to help customers if they have issues. “Just made my second order. First order came in a timely manner. I paid for the second one to come faster due to lose in outdoor growing season. My first order did not germinate very well and I can not figure out why. I do have a ticket in on it with pics of the seeds. I have not recived any loyalty points from eather purchase yet. Did get the 100 points for initial registration. Barbara the AI customer service chat option does help but can't answer a few questions I have. I feel like I am bugging the company trying to get answers on some issues. Wish there was an option to just speak to a real person. So overall the website is great and a great selection. Seeds come timely. I will see how much faster paying for USPS Express. Only issue so far is unable to talk to a direct person and loyalty points not updating on purchase.”

“The ordering process was easy, delivery was good. I did have some seeds that did not germinate properly. I contacted customer service, sent the required information, and was given loyalty rewards points towards my next order to cover the failed seeds. All in all a good experience.”

“I ordered 5 grand daddy purple and 4 of the 5 sprouted and growing great that one seed didn’t even sprout but delivery was great and shopping for seeds was fabulous so many to choose from thank you I will be ordering more seeds”

“Service very good, having problems with the seeds. Planted two gorilla candy's only one took. The Afghan root kept wrapping a around the seed instead of coming out tried twice. The og just wouldn't grow just like the other gorilla. Planting the sour diesel tomorrow hopefully it makes it out the seedlings stage. I have one beautiful plant and 5 seeds that was trash. Also the Amnesia fast did not take. Hour there replaced.”

“The website needs work. I say this because the pages either does not move or keeps moving back to the top of the page. The shipping speed was good. The seeds are ok, only 1 out of 4 sprouted You would think for the price I could have gotten 2 to sprout.”

“Order came in a timely manner. Problem was when checking out their website kept freezing up and I would have to close down the site and start over three times and on my second and third attempt I changed what I wanted for the three free seeds and when my order came I got the wrong free seeds. They sent me the original three I picked that was on a order I closed out.”
