“GOOD: Great selection. Timely customer service response. Amazingly fast delivery. No waiting weeks for weeks for a shipment from abroad! AREAS FOR IMPROVEMENT: The search engine results are too broad, some are not relevant. Please add an advanced/exact search/filter function that allows customers to search the exact strains they are looking for, without having to comb thru the long results!”

Thank you so much for your review. Its super helpful. I am very pleased to let you know that we are inbuild with a new search function - the current one is not at the right level. I think you will like the new one. We also will have improved filtering in all areas. And are going to provide COAs on all strains that we have them for. “It was a quick delivery. I purchased the 6 seeds of Deadhead OG. Unfortunately 3 out of the 6 were a no go so I switched to one of my free ones ( Northern Lights) for being a first time buyer. Fingers crossed.”

“I placed a much larger order then originally intending because I seen the free seeds section, but unfortunately out of all 6 free seeds I received, only 1 sprouted to life, so kind of a disappointment.”

“Only paid for two… only the blue dream germinated…. Black sugar, didn’t do anything.. dead.. But!! I was Given Three High Quality White Widow!!! All Three germinated!!! And doing great!!!!! Will buy again because of the free ones!”

“Overall, what keeps me as your customer is the price and variety on your seeds compared to other companies. However, on my last order you notified me that the order had dispatched on 9/5/23. On 9/18/23 is when I finally received the order. Earlier, on the 18th (I had not received my order yet) I had gone to my local post office to check on the status and they said the original package was returned to the sender because the complete address was not listed on the package. Later that day they came in the mail. This caused a longer delay in my receiving the seeds than I had planned.”

Hey - thanks for your detailed review. Its super useful and we appreciate it. We are just improving the way we deliver addresses into the USPS system as they are very particular about it. This will be done by mid next week. Our apologies this caused delays for you but thanks a lot for still giving us 5 stars. Its says a lot.

“Ordering was fairly simple. Can't say I would order again based on the "insurance" ploy, maybe I just fell for it. With the mark up on seeds, naturally, there should be a delivery guarantee without additional mark up. Than being said...Had a Gelato seed germinate in 24hrs... So the seeds are good.”

“Initially, I had a problem because my Diet Durban seeds did not germinate and I had problems getting connected to customer service. I had to go on Instagram to get some attention. However, I did get through and got a full refund which I used to buy more Diet Durban seeds. It worked out in the end but it was a lot of time spent getting to a resolution. I would buy through Seedsman again. Thanks.”

“Received what I ordered. They have great stock. The only problem was checkout. Every payment method I entered was declined. I gave up and ordered from another vendor. To my surprise, numerous days later. I noticed a transaction on my bank account. I didn’t receive any confirmation of order placed or anything. Only when it was shipped did I receive anything. For that I give 4 stars. Fix this problem and I might order again. I’ve been using the other vendor regularly, with no issues what’s so ever. I have not started any of the Seedman stock. I’ve been using the other vendors seeds just because of transaction issue.”
