Thanks so much for this review. We understand entirely why 4 stars, We would like to say we have made a HUGE amount of improvements to the website in 2023 and glitches as 99.99% a thing of the past. We have a few more improvements to come early in 2024 and then our focus is on continued improvement to our diverse catalogue and our service. Watch this space. Best Seedsman

“Customer support was good once I was able to get into contact with an actual person. you should really consider hiring more people for your support team and having them support time zones other than GMT”

“Overall experience positive, but in my opinion shipping was a little slow. It took almost a week to "process", then it sat at the post office for another 4 days (not seedsman fault). Other than that I truly think Seedsman is one of the premier vendors on online. Every seed I've purchased has germinated.”

Thank you so much for your 4 star review. We are very grateful. Whilst we would have loved 5 stars we get it. We had two people go off sick over Black Friday and it slowed down our normal speed of getting orders out in 48 hours. We are getting back to that speed and will be putting in place measures to ensure we can maintain it. “Your web site's quality and your customer service is perfect but my order hasnt been delivered yet. I guess there'd been a problem in delivery process but i don't know at which part.”

“I have ordered from seedsman several times over the past 3 years and have been happy with the service . One order got hung up in packing, one e-mail later and it was on its way with extra seeds for my trouble, great service”

“Never had any problems with delivery seeds are true to breeders But had some issues with all seeds popping so keep this in mind when buying from any seed bank order as if some are duds”

Thanks so much for your 4 star review. we really apprecaite it. We do test all batches of seeds before they are offered for sale and only release batches with 95%+ viability. That said they are live products and competencies vary. If any clients worry that seeds have been faulty due to seed quality they should get in touch. Best Seedsman

“I use your seeds because they arrive when expected and largely perform as intended. Had two Witches Wedding seeds, which were free, that germinated but failed to grow. Got one more of the WW's and it's in the germination process now. we'll see. Otherwise, the seeds you guys offer and the process to order work well.”
