“My order went well shipping was timely. Have had good experiences with seedsman. This is my second order. Speaking for customer service which was needed on 1st order. They are great!!! Haven’t planted my order as of yet so can’t review strain.”

“Only problems I had were one when I was trying to order some product it gave me difficulty trying to actually get my order to go through on screen but it finally was able to load properly but other then that it was a great experience . The only other problem was the ordering process time after I initially ordered my seed and had paid for the product it took over a week to process my order and get it shipped out to me which seemed to be far to long but after It got shipped it got here fairly quickly so no major problems overall.”

We are sorry you didnt see the benefit of the quicker shipping times we had two people go off sick at the start of Black Friday and it had knock on issues. “I've made several purchases over the years. My recent order, I encountered technical issues during checkout. I tried communicating through email but after a few days had gone by, I decided to reach out through the seedsman IG page. That person responded to my question pretty quickly and delivered my message to someone at the company for them to reach out. By the time I heard from them, I was able to update my cart and place my order. Other than that, my overall experience has been awesome. I found some of my favorites and was able to take advantage of the holiday deals.”

Thanks so much for your review. We really appreciate it. We have experienced some quite significant technical issues this year since relaunching our website. We are pleased to say the glitches are now a thing of the past and we are on top of things. It was a big job relaunching the site as we have store fronts for different countries (UK, EU etc) so no small feat. Our team have done well and all work now is improvements. We now also have the time to focus on our catalogue, how we present it and the products we sell, Our mission is to have the most exciting, diverse range of seeds coupled with the best service. Its a work in progress and there will always be room for improvement so the job is never done but we love it. Happy Christmas Seedsman

“I found what I was looking for and with a fair price so I ordered them delivery was in a good time frame but 1 thing package was opened up all was there but 2 free items were wrong from what I picked so sent a request to replace them still waiting to hear back but overall all things were great just hope the cold did not affect them will know in springtime.”

“Easy shopping experience and the price was extremely competitive for Black Friday weekend. Shipping was slower than expected but given the busy shopping holiday, it’s understandable.”

“Very simple ordering process took about 2 1/2-3 weeks too arrive which is quicker than I’ve heard they normally take. Seed had a nice tail after one day of germinating”

“Usually don't have a problem with delivery times with seedsman. Took a lot longer to arrive than usual this time around but i do appreciate it is a busy time of year for order fulfilment. Always kind and courteous staff”

“I was pleased to find Mr. Nice Black Widow seeds and look forward to poppin' em - I've purchased Widow in the past from other vendors only to be disappointed but this promises to be the real deal. The OG Kush freebies were nice as well. Shipping was fast and discrete as expected. Your selection will have me back”
