I applied for a refund for FIB benicassim on the 14th of July, I was told my refund would be processed within 30 working days.
It is now December and having emailed back and forth for nearly 5 months, they tried to tell me I never filled out the refund application forms. Luckily I still had the confirmation emails stating they had in fact received my refund applications, which I forwarded on. It has now been a further 2 weeks and they are ignoring my emails. I am now out pocket £20 which is extremely unfair and greedy. I know that Ticketmaster and other online services offer full refunds so book through them and not See Tickets. “My event significantly changed for my event and I could no longer attend. I was told to post my tickets back which I did and tracked them. They were received on 11th June. I have been chasing since then replying to email threads, submitting new tickets and they have gone silent on my refund, even though they confirmed I was allowed a refund.”
