“I look at the reviews and I see not one good review! This is trash! This company should not be allowed to operate. Same issue as everyone else. Shut this company down”
“Easy to buy tickets from but no chance of any refund or contact if your event changes.
Terrible customer service and automated email responses. Will never buy from See Tickets again!
A company that does not care or have any regard for their customers.”
“ABSOLUTE SCUM
event cancelled and rebooked, new tickets issued to an old address because of a 2 year delay, they wouldn't change the address, they won't refund, can't even talk to a real person, get automated emails.
AVOID - SCAM”
“An absolute SCAM! Please stay away from this company! Bought a ticket for a festival on feb 2020, the festival has been cancelled twice. Had to chase them to finally get a refund confirmation. But until now no sight of the actual refund. No phone to call, no answer to my messages. Companies with this lack of honesty should not be operating!”
“Bought tickets for RebelRock, they canceled the event an hour prior to opening. They blamed it on weather related issues but they had a pre-party the night before with thousands of people and had no rain, storms overnight. Total scam, don’t purchase anything from them. Their going to give us “options” for a refund. I don’t want a credit for another concert that they’re promoting.”
“I had two tickets to a gig that was delayed due to Covid and by the time it was rescheduled I was no longer able to go. See tickets saod all the right things and offered to refund me within ten working days. I received no refund within this timescale so I contacted them again through their impossible to speak to a human website only to receive a generic wait 10 working days response. Gig has been and gone and I have not had a refund despite it being nearly a month since it was agreed to give me one. No surprise there is no phone number or method to actually contact them, awful customer service.”
“NO Customer Service
I booked tickets on 16th April 2021 to see Harry Potter on 21st July 2021 after my daughter's GCSE exams. The show was cancelled shortly afterwards and SEE tickets sent me a refund with no option to rebook instead. They said at the time of refund that I would be sent a priority booking email when bookings for the show were open again. However, they did not send any email until several weeks after rebookings commenced and it was not a priority booking link just a normal link. I was therefore unable to get similar seats at a similar price and availability was already poor despite the fact I realised booking had reopened long before SEE contacted me. I sent two emails to SEE on the 29/8/21 and on 4/7/21 and received no reply to either. The phone number is a very expensive premium rate number and therefore not financially worth calling. I am very disappointed with the poor customer service and have used a different booking agent to rebook my Harry Potter tickets.”
“same problem as everyone else that has bought tickets from this joke of a company called see ticket's should be called we never give refund's back.i had to request that i could get my refund back lol 7th june 2021 had response back stating my refund will be paid back to me in next 14 - 20 days 6 weeks later still no refund left email again and got same email off them stating the same rubbish will be paid in the next 14 - 20 days yet over 3 months has passed guess what no refund.is there anyone that has took this shambles of a company to small claims court if so can you please put some info on here thanks”
“Paid extra and still got mugged off. Mis sold cancelation insurance, had positive covid tests and has to isolate following government guidelines and refused a refund.”
“Our concert was rescheduled. The email stated to respond to get a refund. Well…..3 emails amd no response. Every time I call their number they either aren’t taking calls or leave you on hold for over 15 minutes to let you know they aren’t taking calls. Poor customer service. I sent my first email 9/2. No contact from company. I can’t get my refund. UNHAPPY!!”
“SOCCER AID SHAMBLES!! Paid £200 for tickets & only got in for the 2nd half due to a "glitch" with printed tickets that turnstile wouldnt recognise. The issue affected lots of people and was widely accepted by the organisers. Yet they did NOTHING to get people in to see the game. They simply left us all stood in a queue. They were issuing paper card handwritten tickets until they ran out of them!! No-one knew what was going on; no-one took charge of the situation. I hope the Etihad stadium have nothing to do with SEE tickets for the Soccer Aid match next year. SEE should not be credited with raising money for Soccer Aid as all they did was ROB people of their money who did not see the full game/enjoy the occasion. A COMPLAINT EMAIL HAS SO FAR BEEN IGNORED. DO NOT BOOK ANYTHING WITH THIS SHAMBOLIC AGENCY”
“We needed to change a ticket and they asked us to book and pay AGAIN, then wait for a refund. So I'm out of pocket twice for tickets I can't use???
It's shameful that good events companies outsource ticket sales to con artists like this. BEWARE! They offer extra 'insurance' they'll never pay out on, avoid giving refunds, never available to talk over the phone, add an 'admin fee' just as you check out etc.”
“An email was received a week before the gig advising that access to the venue could only be through See Tickets and to download the app and upload the tickets. Seemed easy enough. However, our reference number quoted on our order was not recognisable. We then had to go and register online with See Tickets. The reference still wasn't recognised. The wallet kept saying no tickets available. After 2 days of trying to access the App we went back into the website and registered again. The tickets eventually appeared in the app 2 days before the event.
On arriving at the venue the app would not open. We were sent over to the box office where we were given tickets to gain access. Talking to other people at the gig they had lots of problems with SeeTickets too.
Would definitely not use any gigs in the future if we have to get our tickets through See Tickets.”
