Dreadful customer service . Ordered 3 tops on Tuesday got a comfirmation email later that day next day day said my goods were on their way. Tracked the ordered on Thursday said it was delivered on that day at 11 10 and signed for I was in all day no one delivered anything so got in touch with customer service asked for a copy of signature which was a squiggle. Said it was not mine was told it was up to me to contact delivery company I said no its down to them as they employ this company therefore its their responsibility . I have demanded my money back on numerous occasions the customer services is dreadful .Would never order again from this company in the mean time I have contacted Trading Standards and Watchdog to investigate this company

Never in all my life have I received such poor customer service from the shop and head office... I was brought a present from a friend who was not told that it was only 14 days to bring it back they gave her a gift receipt to give to me she bought it on the 11th January and i received it o. The 22nd January for my birthday the same day I went centre parcs for a weekend and came back late 25Th January I returned the top on the 26th which me and my friend thought you got 28days but even it being 14 days it was only 1 day out the store staff in Harlow were not helpful and said there's nothing the store could do and I had to ring head office so I rang while I was in the shop was waiting for an answer for 22 minutes and I explained what had happened and she went to ask her manager for permission to extend warranty as it was only 1day out but when she came back the manager rejected it! And the reason was the date is printed on the receipt for a reason?! I hung up after explaining I was never using select again but was still upset with the lack of customer service so I rang back again and. Asked for a manager I explained the problem and she said she will get the manager for me she had taken my name and number but the phone was cut off I waited to see if they would ring back but they didn't I rang again and was waiting another 25 mins for an answer I explained the situation and again and was put o. Hold for a further 15 mins when she came back she explained that there was nothing they could do at head office as they only deal with online and the store manager should have dealt with this! They rung Harlow store and spoke to the supervisor and found out the manager was not in today and would be in tomorrow I was told I would have to go to the store again and speak to the manager... I explained that this was fair as I had been dealing with this for nearly 3 hours already and was told by the store they couldn't do anything and now I was being told they should of dealt with it and there's nothing head office could do... So I had wasted all that time for nothing she replied I understand and got the manager for me who said she will ring the manager tomorrow morning and leave me a voice mail as it was only 1 day out she will try her best to make sure i can exchange it! And leave me a voicemail letting me know the outcome But come the next day I heard nothing!! This company is just thieving our money where's the good will clearly they don't wish to treat any of there customers with respect I will certainly not be using them again

Steer clear.... Been trying to contact for days, currently on hold for over 3hrs... Have emailed fb messaged.... No response at all.... Quick to take money but 8 days after placing order it hasn't even been confirmed!

i ordered a dress today online they took my payment and sent an email saying my order was being prosessed then 3 hrs later i got another email saying my money had been refunded and it will take 7 days to go in to my bank i didnt get any explanation on why it had been refunded or anything

I thought as this shop is on most high streets I thought they would be ok online, however I ordered a coat from them with my debit card and paid for it. after a few days I didn't receive any email, confirming the order, so I phoned them and they told me I must send proof of my address? I told them I haven't ordered by credit Ive paid for the item by card, I cancelled and asked for a refund, which im awaiting, BE CAREFUL if you shop online with them.....

They have basically robbed me, I have not received my clothes or my refund as they promised, They didn't send me a confirmation email to start with so i asked them if they had received my order and have sent it out to me as they have already taken payment from my account and 3 days later sent me a returns policy email, that's obviously not what i asked for! i think it's a joke! I rang customer services and they told me my items had been lost and they would give me a refund a week and a half later still haven't received my refund. who is running this place its awful i am not going to shop with them unless they sort out my problem pretty sharpish! I am not impressed at all i think it's disgraceful and careless.

I bought BLACK FLATFORM SLIDER for £9.99 I loved how it looked but the strap broke after just 10 days wear. I took it back to Select who denied that it was a design fault. They gave me a second pair but kept the receipt making it clear I couldn't return if it broke again. Less than a week later yep you guessed it the strap snapped - in a different place this time. Needless say I won't be buying shoes from them again. You get what you pay for I guess.

Placed an order on the 16th December waited in 4 times for yodel to deliver it and 4 times the driver put delivery refused even though they didnt try once!! have made numerous phone calls to select and to yodel. Select never answer the customer service number nor emails I am now £50 down with nothing to show for it I've never come across such awful customer service where you cant even get hold of them!!

spent a fair bit ordering online for clothes to take on holidays, the quality of the clothes are of the poorest standard i have ever come across, they have no shape and very unflattering. the returns is a pain, you can't return to a store and have a refund only an exchange, to get a refund you have to pay postage and return yourself to the carrier - i had almost £200 worth of stuff to return so you can imagine the price of postage i had to pay to return them. i had tracking to say they had received it - still waiting for them to notify me that they've received it.. the company is a shambles, save your money and shop elsewhere.
