“I convert your tracks to mp3 in order to use them when I do gigs I do wonder about the pauses at the start of the soundtracks some are as long as 8 or 9 seconds, which can feel like a long time when you are waiting to sing and nothing happens for that space of time Is there any way the pauses can be reduced Mike”

Hi, thanks for your custom and the review. All of our tracks are KARAOKE versions, so the pauses are there to allow for the karaoke title screens. if you don;t use the on screen part of the track, try doing a Google search for MP3 trim to find a handy tool to remove the silence from MP3 tracks. Thanks again.

“I have found the service excellent - especially if I have a query. However, they do not reward loyalty unlike some other sites. Also you cannot download single tracks (3 is the minimum) & they also have a time limit in which you must download your tracks purchased. If these issues were addressed I would not hesitate to give a rating of 'Very Good' A. Offord (downloader of hundreds of tracks)”

Hi, thanks for the review and your continued custom. You can bulk buy store credit at a discounted rate, which is similar to a loyalty scheme, you larger credit pack you buy the higher rate of discount you get! Also when paying with store credit the 3 track minimum requirement is removed :o) http://www.selectatrack.com/credits.aspx The 48 hour time limit is there for security reasons, however we can easily re-send missed downloads if you drop us an email.
