“After reading all those negative reviews, I had a very bad feeling after ordering my product on the website & I hoped it will arrive and will not be damaged or anything else. I bought a beauty product for a friend and it arrived only 3 days after placing my order, and I live in Germany. I have to say I bought the Selfridge+ because the shipping costs were the same as the Selfridge+ option. I opened the box and it came with return notes & everything, so they let you know how to send stuff back and you don't have to look it up. In my case I don't have to return it because the product is not damaged and everything is just fine. The gift box, that I ordered too, looks pretty nice and not cheap. I made a very good experience with my first order at Selfridges.”

“The selfridges team can sometimes send items that are damaged/wrong but I think this is just because they come from a department store. Whenever I have an issue they fix it straight away! Will continue to shop online with you for years!”

“I ordered $750 Canadian dollars worth of Wedgwood dishes for a wedding gift. Then I read the comments on this site. I became very concerned. However, the delivery arrived in 6 days. From England to Toronto! The contents were complete, very well wrapped and in a cool, attractive box. 2 in fact, and I only paid for one. There were no omissions, no extra charges and the delivery company was efficient. Only one complaint: one of the dishes was broken. I have sent a complaint and look forward to their response. However, Selfridge's saved me 30% over Canadian prices, so this was a very good deal. Even with paying duty charges (which Selfridge's calculated and payed for me). I ended up ordering 30% more dishes as a result.”

“I was in the Trafford centre in Manchester last Friday and a lady stopped me to sample some prada perfume ,the perfume was very nice but the lady was even nicer, her name was Zahida although she was agency staff she assisted me to the full in my new purchase and nothing was too much trouble for her she is the perfect sales assistant. I just want to say that when you get good staff as what I had you need to hold on to them. Sylvia”

“Vary happy withe the purchase and the experience. The item was shipped very promptly, and I was kept informed of the order status via e-mail. The delivery to the U.S. was lightning fast, and the item arrived beautifully wrapped. Wouldn't hesitate to shop at Selfridges again.”

Barneys....ssens.....luisviaroma..... ) i trie all of them , no compare seriously . Selfridges the best with everything..price,delivery ,fast shipping . Al most 10 par of jeans Balmain I buy it from them and tshirts , jackets ... Exept the cologne and case for phones they are honest they say to me we don't delivery like this ithems to United States . “I live in Sydney and always treat my Mum to a day in London when I'm home. Typically we start at Selfridges. We had our nails done at the Paint Shop on 2/4 and were looked after by Hannah. What a wonderful girl - so kind, caring and professional. Made our day and we are still talking about her now a month later. Thank you Hannah for making our day. Can we have a Selfridges in Australia? They don't know what service is here!!!”

“I ordered a beauty advent calender from selfridge & I was delighted with your service, it was going to Australia & I normally post packages here & more than often they take months or never reach their destination at all, I ordered this on a Sunday night & it was sitting at my daughters desk on the Friday, she was overwhelmed. “Had a very good experience with Selfridges international delivery! Ordered a designer bag from them and then proceeded to read reviews of their delivery service after I had already purchased the bag and nearly all the reviews I read were negative however I had a very very good experience! I received my bag in 3 days, on a sunday! Ordered it on thursday night and they said it would take 6 working days to be delivered. I was amazed to receive it so early! Definitely will be shopping there again!”

“Really pleasant experience with Selfridges. I ordered a handbag and when I did so I was giving a delivery time of 3-5 days however I was pleasantly surprised when it arrived within 3 days. The bag arrived in great condition and had been well protected on its journey. Disappointing that others have had bad experiences but fortunately that was not the case for me.”
