“Flowers sadly did not arrive in time for Mothering Sunday. Lady on phone really nice and offered to send either more flowers or refund. We agreed to refund but this was not done for a further 2 weeks. Really disappointed as I have used this service before and never had any problems before.”

“Ordered online from Canada & was surprised that despite the 5 hr. time difference they were actually delivered the next day to my sister in Scotland. My sister said they looked & smelled beautiful and was really enjoying them. Ordering online was great. Thanks for the great service.”
