Son ordered a bunch of flowers for mother’s day, mix of carnations and freesias, cost him a rather steep £24. Came today - Is ok, perfectly cheerful but mostly carnations with just 4 freesias.

delivery was good. dont know what the flowers looked like though as I did not see them. person who I send them to, would not tell me any way if there were not nice.

Ordered for Mother in law's 90th birthday. Bit disappointed with this delivery of carnations. The flowers eventually opened out to be acceptable but by that time the ONE stem of greenery was completely dried up.

Normally great quality, But the fressias this time weren’t the best quality, one broken on arrivals and two stems dead by day 3

Unfortunately, the flowers were only acceptable. The recipient was considerably underwhelmed! A great disappointment as we used Sendabunch for many years when were in the Middle East. This is the first time that we received feedback such as this. In the past the feedback was always excellent.

This is the second time I have used Sendabunch. Two bouquets of flowers were ordered on each occasion. The experience was good on the first occasion, which is why I used the company again. The second experience has not been as good. Positively, the flowers arrived on the requested day. Unfortunately, one recipient reported that the flowers were dry and looked as if they were about to die - there was insufficient 'water' in the packaging. The second recipient reported that the flowers were squashed into a box that was too small for them, causing some damage to the flowers. Fortunately, in both cases the flowers have recovered. Sadly, however, the experience of receiving the bouquet has been marred.

They provided a service and didn’t seem too expensive. Not good on delivery - Mothers’ Day flowers were delivered AFTER Mothers’ Day - very disappointing!

Nice flowers but delivered on the wrong day! Wed instead of Sat. This mattered as they were intended for Mother's day on the Sunday.

I've used your service in the past and been very happy but unfortunately this time I'm not. I ordered 40 freesias on the basis of your photograph but was very dissatisfied with what was delivered especially as they were quite expensive.

We'd always been pleased with the sendabunch service until now when our payment was taken but we received no email acknowledgement of our order and repeatedly got only an answerphone message when we called to enquire 3 or 4 times. And no one returned our calls. Email enquiries went unanswered too. Eventually after 3 calls to the different 'from abroad' number someone managed to confirm our order was in place. They also said an email confirmation had been sent but it definitely hadn't been - and it wasn't in the spam folder, either. This disorganised transaction was very disappointing and frustrating, and I'm afraid it will make us think twice the next time we want to send flowers.

Living in Ireland I use Sendabunch for sending flowers to the UK. I have always found their service to be exact and I know the recipients are always happy.The only occasion when there was a problem Sendabunch sent new flowers and rectified the problem immediately so first class customer service.I would certainly recommend them.

I have used Sendabunch for many years and love their flowers. I sent my Mum some flowers for Christmas. This was the first time I had been in the receiving end, as I was staying with her. The carnations were mainly in bud when they arrived and unfortunately the smaller ones remained in bud and did not open. The bouquet looked very thin. It may be the time of year - cold weather and buds etc. I will continue to use Sendabunch and hope that this was a one-off.

The flowers would have to had been delivered before I can make a comment! Hopefully this message doesn't mean they have been delivered to the wrong address. Delivery date is Wednesday 20/12 Thank you

order placed 20th Nov.now 23rd, and has not arrived,which is unusual.Usually very good delivery.First time ordering online,usually phone.

I am afraid that I am not very happy. My record shows that I have been ordering from Sendabunch for a number of years. During that time I had been very satisfied with both service and quality. However, on this occasion, as with another recent one, the flowers have failed to arrive on time. On the last occasion, the error was rectified after I drew attention to it, but the birthday, for which I had ordered the delivery had long passed. I hope that action will be taken this time. I have would like to withhold the star rating for the time being but the programme does not allow this.

Unfortunately my order 1100028976 was not delivered to the recipient, but as I did not choose the guaranteed delivery option there was no signature requirement. I am unable, therefore, to offer any opinion as to the quality of service on this occasion

I ordered 15 Singapore orchids for friends Golden wedding anniversary. They arrived on the day which was great. However, I visited the friends the next day & was disappointed to find that 4 of the stems had lost their flower buds from the ends of the stems & were actually brown at that point (about 2-3 inches of the length) It was as if old stems had been mixed with fresher ones - not the most attractive look. I have to say I was embarrassed. Marks & Spencer used to do orchids by post which I bought many times & never had this problem, they unfortunately don't seem to sell them any more. I would not have known about this had I not visited them, & as others have said, a recipient would not let you know that the flowers were poor.
