The flowers were a gift so it seems churlish to complain. I didn't tell the giver they are poor quality, its still nice to get them and they looked nice in the packaging. But huge number of flower heads bent or snapped, mildew growing at the breaks so the smell is unpleasant. Look ok after 40 mins cleaning stems and removing broken bits. On the plus side, cat loves the box.

I had arranged for the flower delivery for Monday 5 Nov. as you did not deliver on Sunday and the person you were delivering to was away until late Saturday, however you delivered the flowers on Sat.3rd Nov. just as the person arrived back home. I do not know what you would have done with the flowers if they had not been there. In view of you not following my instructions regarding delivery I am reluctant to contact you again. Sorry but I was very disappointed. The chocs were very nice but the flowers were poor. What turned up looked nothing like the picture and there was practically no extra foliage with the flowers so looked pathetic in the vase. I was very embarrassed when I arrived at my mothers house to see what had turned up considering what I had spent and then to see in the supermarket the next day that I could have bought some locally for a 1/4 of the price!!!! While I appreciate the add did say only 20 Freesias and they have come from Guernsey I think you could have done better.

My mother just took delivery of your product GF60CHOC the 20 mixed Freesias with handmade chocs. The Freesias had practically no greenery with them so when they were put in a vase they looked pathetic. The chocs were very nice but I feel I have well and truly overpaid for these and I was so embarrassed when I saw them, I could have spent 12.00 locally on Freesias and they would have looked twice as nice as these did where as these flowers on their own cost me 36.99!!!!

The amount of blooms for the the money was small. They did not match the picture in the advertisements.

The delivery person left the flowers in the garage without informing the person - no note in the letterbox, no message on phone. The person concerned had no idea that the flowers were there, and just happened to find them on Saturday. I do not know whether the flowers were delivered on Wednesday 27th or Thursday 28th. Fortunately the flowers were still in pristine condition - but the lady concerned thought that I had forgotten her birthday.

Flowers hadn't arrive the day after I'd ordered them for, I contacted Sendabunch got one reply from them that was a question, which I answered and haven't heard since ! Flowers arrived 3 days after the requested date.

Flowers were fine but arrived 2 days after guaranteed date which spoilt the surprise. The quality of the flowers unfortunately doesn’t matter if they can’t keep delivery dates which is a shame.

I paid extra for guaranteed delivery on Sat 28 April (my wife's birthday), only for a card through the door on 27th, requiring a trip next morning to the district office. Not ideal.

Freesias I ordered for mums birthday arrived a day early (well I suppose it's better than a day late!). They are the wrong colour & have no scent!! Mum still pleased to get them, but they are neither what it ordered or expected, so I am quite upset & disappointed with a company I thought I could rely on. Still have happy memories, though' of my visit to the nursery as a child 36 years ago!! Not sure if I shall order from you again though.

The flowers were incredibly disappointing and in NO way resembled the ones ordered. Sad as quality was good. Initial complaint was handled very badly on the phone but following an e-mail I received a call and after listening to me the lady concerned, who was most pleasant offered a full refund which has since been received

I ordered two bunches of flowers just before Christmas. There were no problems with one of the deliveries to Frodsham but the second delivery to East Grinstead took place whilst my relative was not at home, no delivery card was left and she found the box of flowers behind her dustbin two weeks later.

Although I have often used and recommended Send a Bunch my last two experiences have been disappointing. Last year the ordered flowers were never sent and took weeks to be rectified, and this Christmas, flowers were delivered four days late, and dead. However I am prepared to think that it may have been the post but it has made me a little hesitant about using Send A Bunch again.

I was disappointed that the bunch of flowers my wife received was a poor reflection of the picture posted on the website. I have previously used Sendabunch and have had a positive experience... maybe just bad luck this time

The final bunch of flowers delivered was fine but the process of ordering it was dreadful. The recipient has a long house name (no number) which is in a lane also with a long name. There simply wasn't enough space to put it all in. The postcode was not going to be enough as it is a very large postcode area. First time round, I made a mistake and had to start the start the order again from the beginning! It's a pity, too, that you don't accept PayPal.
