I ordered the 30 mixed freesias for my Mum for Mother's Day but she sent me a photo which was nothing like the photo advertised on your website. There certainly wasn't 30 freesias and they were all white not mixed colours like advertised. On top of this I emailed Send a Bunch an email on 4th March and again 11th March to complain and they haven't even had the courtesy to respond. I'm absolutely disgusted with this so called service!!! NOT HAPPY!

The last two orders were very disappointing. The first was the usual freesias - a small (despite going for extra blooms) and very sad bunch of flowers - I was embarressed! The last one was of tulips - the flowers had obviously opened out some days before and they lasted less than a week. I will not be buying from you again.

The flowers died the day after they arrived. A second bunch were sent after a complaint was made.

The recipient said the narcissi only lasted 2 or 3 days and the rest of the bunch is starting to go over. Disappointing

Your system produces erroneous and confusing data. Sold to :ship to information is wrong. In addition on line orders can not be tracked by the H/O . What is this about? Finally the 0800 line rings off the hook as the shipping office does not appear to want to answer!!! Very strange "customer service"!

I was disappointed the flowers were delivered too many days than ordered my daughter was away which was why I chose the date her neighbours took them in but unfortunately failed to put them in water so when my daughter git them some had died

Delivery spot on, as always. Sadly, the last 2 freesia deliveries did not last as long as previously.

I sent to 2 different people and was embarrassed when I saw one of the bouquets it was very few straggly flowers. My friends were too polite to comment but I would not use again. Sorry because delivery was fast efficient but no good delivering sub standard flowers money wasted

This may reflect more on the delivery than the flowers. I had arranged delivery for Monday 21st December but the flowers didn't arrive until Tuesday. When they were removed from the packaging, the wrapper round the stems was dry and the flowers looked tired. After they were put in water they revived slightly but by the 29th were done. Given that I can get flowers from the supermarket guaranteed for 2 weeks and costing significantly less, this was very disappointing. Usually I have no problems which is why I return as a customer but not this time. This refers to flowers delivered to 28 Lanark Road.

Ordered flowers for wife's birthday and eventually arrived 3 days late not a very good service. Offered 20% disappointment discount off next order if I ever use again after this unreliable service. Ipswich Customer obviously problem with carrier Royal Mail.

Very disappointed. The order was for Freesia which usually arrives with lots of buds. All of these flowers were open with very few buds remaining. The flowers had not been secured in the box and were moving around loose. Result was they were looking quite sad and a number of flowers were already dying off when the package was opened. I'll buy from a supermarket in future.

We sent freesias and chocolates to a relative, who sent us a photograph of the flowers. We thought they looked rather sparse and we were disappointed.

Ordered a bunch of flowers as a birthday present and when we ordered the first available date was 28/09/2015, which was ideal as the birthday was 29/09/2015 which was the delivery date we requested. It was embarrassing when the person concerned rang on 26/09/2015 to thank us for the flowers

I ordered freesias to be delivered on the 1st Sept - unfortunately they weren't delivered until the 3rd - and were wrapped in dry tissue and were wilting by the time the recipient unpacked them.

60th anniversary gift flowers squashed and dying. Card only to my mother instead of Mr and Mrs. Left on doorstep for anyone to pick up. Wrong day delivered. Usually I have only praise for send a bunch never in all the times have I had flowers have I been so upset. After all i wanted these to be extra special was I so bitterly disappointed.

I am afraid that on this occasion the flowers did not come up to the usual standard. Many of the freesias only lasted three days after delivery which came a day before I requested delivery. This was a very special occasion, my 60th wedding anniversary which rather disappointed me after the usual very good performance.

What has happened to your Freesia? They used to be way ahead of everyone else, but the last two deliveries lasted less than a week. Disappointing.

I'm sorry to say your review email arrived a day before the plant, which arrived today 12 August six days afer the prefered delivery date. Therefore probably won't be using you again.

I ordered flowers for my Wife's Birthday on the 12th August. I was given the choice of which day I would like them delivered, I asked for the 12th. They are delivered on the 11th with no email to say that they are on there way, so was not expecting them. No one was home when they were delivered on the 11th, so they are taken back to the Post Office. My wife is disabled but if she wants her flowers that were meant to be a surprise on her birthday, she will have to travel a 10 mile round trip to pick them up herself, as I will be at work and the PO only allow to be picked up between 7am - 12.30pm. If we wanted them re-delivered it would be Thursday 13th. Not a good service from the Royal Mail. Why was it not left with a neighbour and why were we not informed that they were on there way and we may have organised for someone to be at home. Not a happy customer.

Ordering the flowers was easy which is why I've scored poor as opposed to very poor. The flowers themselves were very disappointing, a tiny bouquet which was not in any way like the photo represented. Wouldn't order from here again. I would estimate we got a £3 bunch of flowers with a £15 delivery charge. Terrible.
