I could not find the company I usually use amongst the massive web page. I spent AGES trying to get my choice into the basket and kept receiving message AFTER filling everything out that my basket was empty. Gave up. Went back later and same problem. Nothing in basket Eventueally I found out it doesn't go into basket until all the order has been filled out -WEIRD. Have never had this problem with my many internet orders. I was also amazed at the price of chocs. Obviously I would order chocs for gifts but not at that price. When I have time I will look at all the companies before my next order. That is why I have scored poor - awful website.

The flowers and your service are great, but your website is extremely awkward to work with, and it has been so for a very long time. Although there appear to have been come changes recently, there has been no significant improvement. The people who created this website should try to use it.

Although advertised on website as delivering in 1-2 days the flowers I ordered took 6 days to arrive. When I wrote to ask where the flowers were for my Gran's 99th birthday present I was told that they were so late because of the Bank Holiday. This should have been flagged up when I ordered the flowers or I shouldn't have been able to choose my delivery date on the selection if it were not possible. In any case I do not see how a Bank Holiday can make quite such a difference to the delivery time. Especially since the Bank Holiday was after my Gran's birthday. We received no apology. On the positive side my Gran thought her flowers were lovely.

arrived a day early which was good but lucky i was home.considering the price iwas expecting a bit more flowers lasted about a week or just over.but i've bought carnations from sainsbury that are cheaper and you get alot more for your money and last longer.i might buy flowers from you again but very unsure

Happy with delivery date however I ordered pink and was sent yellow. I am very disappointed after spending more than £30 on them.

Normally very happy with this service, this time the flowers arrived much later than I had hoped. Quality was good as usual

Unfortunately on this occasion the flowers I ordered did not arrive on time. Having contacted Sendabunch I was reimbursed but what a shame. The flowers did arrive later but when I saw them they did not look as nice as in the photo ... quite a small bunch.

Flowers sadly did not arrive in time for Mothering Sunday. Lady on phone really nice and offered to send either more flowers or refund. We agreed to refund but this was not done for a further 2 weeks. Really disappointed as I have used this service before and never had any problems before.

Normally I am very happy with the service given, but this time delivery had been confirmed for Mothers day but the delivery was not until the following Monday!

I ordered roses for my wife's birthday,they arrived 2 days before the arranged day. The very next day half the heads were dropping,I contacted customer service's who sent different flowers that arrived in good time.This process spoilt the surprise and the new bunch didn't last a week. I have used this company before and the recipients said they were very pleased,but now I wonder.

Flowers arrived 1 day early which is fine but 4 of the roses were dead.Have used sendabunch on many occasions I have been very happy with the service .This is the first time flowers have arrived dead

The flowers that were delivered to my cousin, were of the usual high quality and lovely. But, I requested that they be delivered on her birthday 7th March and they were not delivered until 10th March. This is the 1st time that you have let me down, I am disappointed.

Flowers arrived at least two days earlier than ordered, whilst the recipient was on holiday. This obviously meant they did not have them as good or for as long as was hoped. I didn't see anything on the order that stated they may arrive early.

I ordered tulips & freesias for my sister's birthday which was on Mon. March 2nd. I hoped the flowers would be delivered on her birthday but instead they arrived on Sat. Feb. 28th. Since she was out, they were left on her front door step and not with a neighbour. The quality of the tulips was very disappointing. They were drooping and the leaves were turning yellow. Tulips often look like this when they're about 4 days old and certainly shouldn't have this appearance on the day of delivery. My sister told me that previous deliveries from your company have been disappointing but she didn't like to tell me. Sometimes it's difficult to get valid feedback as the recipient is reluctant to complain to the giver.

I ordered flowers to be sent to my family on Dec 31st. A week later I checked to see if they liked them.They had not arrived!! I rang you and was told that another bunch would be sent. This did happen when promised and they are very nice. I suggest that if the recipient is not at home the flowers should be left with a neighbour or iin the porch of the house. .

I was satisfied with the process of ordering and paying and the recipient was pleased with the flowers. However I paid an extra £8.00 pounds for delivery on Monday the 22nd of December and the flowers weren't delivered until Tuesday the 23rd of December I was disappointed with this and would request recompence.

The person i sent the flowers to was unimpressed i spend nearly 30 pounds and they were not presented in the way shown in the photo. I would not use your service again.

Rather disappointed - the flowers were wilting badly by the day after delivery. Also there were not as many blooms as in the pictures

I was extremely disappointed that the flowers I ordered were not delivered on the day requested. I had sent them to my sister at her daughter's address. They were delivered 5 days before the date I chose which was the day after my sister was due to arrive at that address. This meant that my sister missed 4 days when the flowers would have been at their best. It seems pointless to me to select a deliver date for that to be ignored. Furthermore, when I sent an e-mail to Sendabunch pointing this out, it was completely ignored. I have had no acknowledgement whatsoever.
