I ordered flowers for my mothers birthday, which she never received. I checked online and it said that my order was “processing”. Even though they took payment 3 days prior. I’ve been using Sendabunch for many years, without problems. But this year has been bad. I ordered 2 lots of flowers for Mothers Day which didn’t arrive. I phoned them up and they were very apologetic and remedied the situation. So I thought I’d use them again, but the same thing has happened and I can’t call them, as it’s the weekend and they’re not open. So, unfortunately, I shall not be using Sendabunch again.

The orchid was almost impossible to remove from outer wrapping. Having don e so with great care found the orchid inside out of its pot with the biggest bunch of arial roots I have ever seen even in five year old pots. Impossible to get back into pot without cutting most of them off. Was for a present. No reply from my complaint.

Mein Geld ist nach einem Monat noch nicht in Kuba. Man verlangte dann von mir ein Foto mit meiner Kreditkarte über Slype. Das ging mir dann doch zu weit, besonders nach dem die mir Bilder von anderen Kunden mit ihrer Kreditkarte sandten.

Flowers dead on arrival. No water or moisture on stems. Extremely disappointing. would never use sendabunch again. Three of my friends were with me when the arrived, and the were astounded by the state of the flowers. I shall be telling all my friends, family and neighbours never to use Sendabunch and to buy from a local florist where you can see what you are getting.

I am surprised you dare to send me whether I am satisfied with your out fit I dare you to publicise it. First I asked you 3 times for the right telephone number. Despite you sending me a mail with what I should dial I still can not reach you. Also I ordered 2 bunches which should arrive Friday if not Saturday. One bunch arrived indeed on Friday however the other bunch never arrived. This is very infuriating also because the recipients are related and live no more then a couple of streets apart in the same village. This is extremely embarrassing and I assure you that I am not amused. Also I like to know what you going to do about it. R.Houweling Netherlands

Really disappointed. Used Sendabunch in the past and been very happy with the service. However, Oct 6th, placed two separate orders for freesias. Oct 9th, flowers delivered. Oct 14th, one recipient eventually told me that her flowers had arrived squashed and past their best and she had even discarded some. The second recipient told me that just five days after delivery her flowers were also on the point of being thrown away. Both recipients thanked me for the kind thought but told me I should have saved my money! I contacted yourselves on the 14th to express my disappointment and lack of confidence in placing any further orders. Sadly, a full five working days later, my complaint has not even been acknowledged. I trust you understand my disaffection.

I'm absolutely livid! I gave you 6 days notice and my friend has not received her birthday flowers. She and I are both extremely disappointed and upset. Also you took my payment and never bothered to send a receipt. Please acknowledge this complaint and process my order asap. And I feel extra blooms should be included as compensation.

Flowers arrived 3 days late, not very fresh, they were not the ones that were ordered.. Contacted Guernsey who sent a replacement out. All in all I found it quite embarrassing and annoying. Will not be using you again.

Why not try waiting until the order has been received before you start nagging for a review. The modern obsession with self gratification, in this case for a Web site with no human interaction, is getting a bit too much.

Further to my review yesterday with regard to the parcel being put over the garden gate, having looked at the box, it had no indication that the contents were anything but a bunch of flowers. Please, please Sendabunch, would it not have been better to have a box more suited to the postage of an orchid - eg, putting the words 'FRAGILE' and 'THIS WAY UP' on the box. This way the delivery person would know that it was unsuitable to put over a gate - I feel the total responsibility of this should be with yourselves.

What might have been a beautiful orchid surprise from my son and daughter-in-law, turned out rather differently - the delivery person posted a note through my front door but instead of leaving the parcel in the porch, it was thrown over the 6 foot garden gate!!!! I'm afraid to say that the orchid didn't like that very much, in fact several flowers broke off. Fortunately the pot was plastic and survived the fall.

The flowers I ordered were never delivered. They were for a funeral. Worse than poor service. Non-existent service. I expect my money to be refunded.

I paid an extra amount for the flowers to be delivered on my friend's birthday. The were not. A card was put through her door the next day (Tuesday ) asking her to go to the Post Office to collec them. That red from you againis totally unacceptable and I shall not order from you again.

I have used these for mothers day for several years with no issues, this year the flowers were not received and after making in the region of 20-25 phone calls to try and find out what where they were and being charged a further £5 to call the number and actually speak to someone in the customer services department (who was exceptionally pleasent and helpful), she arranged for the order to be re-sent when the flowers eventually arrived 5 days after mothers day they were not what i ordered and certainly not worth the money I paid!! i will not be using again would never recommend again.

Good Morning I know from speaking with our Customer Services Manager of how sorry we are the inconvenience and our failure to provide you with the quality and level of service you have experienced from us over the year. I know that a replacement bouquet was sent out. As a further gesture we have now processed a full refund to your credit card. Purchased on 1st March, should have been delivered before 10th March, didn't turn up until 12th March, after Mother's Day, they were dry and droopy, not packaged in water bag to keep them fresh. Very poor lead time, very poor delivery, very poor quality. Won't be using sendabunch again.

Completely let down by lack of delivery for Mother’s Day despite booking well in advance. Will never use this company again.

Hello jon of customer care team. I can't get an answer to your phones or your chat line. I ordered flowers through Amazon for my cousins 60th Birthday. The order was placed on 27/2/18. Your reply to me was to be delivered on 2-3/3/18. To date nothing has been delivered. Do not ask me what went wrong you tell me!!!!!!!!!! My order no is 205-9943739-5838718. Cannot beleive Amazon is dealing with such a company. If you cannot deliver the flowers at least give me a credit for what I have paid!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Helen Gray
