I sent you an e-mail on 2nd January which sums up my feelings on the subject. Basically it read : Our friend of nearly 50 years has received the flowers that we sent her to celebrate her birthday today. She said that they arrived in a very poor state and she is unable to rescue any of it to put in a vase. She was very embarrassed to have to ring me but thought, quite rightly, that I should know how I had wasted my money. Needles to say I am extremely disappointed that I have had to refer this to you and trust that you will put matters right as a matter of urgency. Your response with an apology was received with the news that a replacement will be despatched today. I await news from her in due course. Janet Kingsmill

Flowers did not arrive on date requested, when they did arrive they were almost dead, after writing to the customer are team twice, once to inform them that the flowers had not arrived then to notify them the disgusting state they were in I received an e.mail to say that I could have them resent with an apology, I did ask for a full refund as per their policy but so far to no avail. In fact my husband who wrote on their Facebook about this received a reply before I did. I will not be recommending this company to anyone

Awful my auntie received a bunch of supposedly 18 luxury Carnations - of the 18 - 1 had no head at all and it cant b put down to breakage as there was no head in the box! and it so just a stem had been sent, 2 were broken, 3 the stems were only half as long as they should have been and overall what was there looked half dead - she cannot tell the person who sent them as she dosent want to upset them.. disgusting!

Highly dissatisfied with the flowers i received. Not at all like the pictures and described. Ended up getting some replacements for less than half the price that looked better. Overall spent over £40.00 extremely unhappy and will not be recommending.

I ordered roses for my mother to mark an anniversary, they were delivered late and in very poor condition. Customer services initially replied promptly and offered to replace the roses however they were never arrived. I am very disappointed although I must admit I have not chased any further - and there has not been any follow up from send a bunch either

You already have my comments on my last order which was for two bouquets for my daughters. I had the opportunity of seeing these a couple of days later - very disappointing. After many years, confidence has been affected as in the majority of cases, I never have the chance to see the "end result" and the recipient would hardly comment negatively. After all, its the thought that counts..................................... Regards, June Patrick

We sent flowers to our friends for there 50th wedding anniversary in September, they told us the flower didn't last long and no buds to open later, and looked half dead, would never order again from this company again, very disapointed.

I went through all the procedure of entering an internet order only to find that whe I tried to pay it went dead. Also anewsletter is written in white lettering on a white patterned background which was hard to read. It was not clear what to put in the Newsletter box at the foot of that page. Eventually I realised it had to be my email address. I did that and it went dead again. So aI had to phone on an expensive number in the end. Not a good experience. I shall look for an alternative source for Singapore orchids in future.
