The bunch of flowers sent to my Sister, who lives in Waterlooville in Hampshire on the 21st December she reported were half dead on arrival. The tissue on the base of the stems was dry and many of the flowers were brown and dead. She told me they were a waste of money.

My Aunt, the recipient of the flowers and not normally one to moan, having had a delivery from you at Christmas for many years from me, said that they were "sad" on arrival and didn't last very long. I have used Sendabunch many times and generally been satisfied but this time it seems to have not worked. Not sure whether this was down to delivery times or what.

Just received £25 worth of Freisas and the were so past their sell by date and were unusable. Absolutely awful

Glad to have this opportunity to express my opinion. The latest bunch of roses that I sent to the UK , I gather, lasted only 2 days. I've just visited the UK and found out from my sister that most of the flowers I have sent over the years have been of a poor quality and never lasted very long. Of course my relatives didn't like to tell me this but this last gift was the worst, they said, and told me to please not to worry sending any more flowers. Very disappointing. Also disappointing was the fact that often the flowers are delivered earlier than asked for which takes away the enjoyment when a special day arrives - especially if the flowers are drooping by then! Unfortunately the bouquet arrived with some of the freesias half dead. After no more than 2 days the rest of the freesias were well past their best . I had ordered this bouquet for my 98 yr old Aunt who is blind.I had to cull the dead freesias before I delivered the bouquet myself. Extremely disappointing .

Disapointing; they were already visibly past their best on arrival, with several of the roses brown-edged.

We ordered a beautiful bunch of pink roses for our daughter about a week before her birthday, and paid £8 for special date guaranteed delivery. THE ROSES ARRIVED A DAY LATE. So of course on the morning of her birthday no present arrived which was extremely disappointing, especially after we paid so much extra. We will not be using this site again if we can avoid it.

The flowers started dying within 24 hours and had to be thrown away after 3 days. I was going to complain but my father is in hospital and my mother is disabled (to whom I sent the flowers) and other more important life things got in the way. What was intended to be a lovely birthday surprise during a tough family time ended up being a big disappointment, unfortunately.

Flowers delivered before date I asked and taken in by neighbour for 2days as my sister-in-law was away !!! Not happy, no apology when email sent just said I should have read small print that says can be delivered before requested date to ensure they arrive on time !!! What is point in giving a date then ???

I placed an order to be delivered and signed for on Saturday morning 18 April. Having heard nothing from our friends (whose 40th wedding anniversary it was ) I contacted Sendabunch after several days, with all the order and payment details, to request confirmation that the flowers had been delivered. The reply after another delay was that the order had been marked return to sender and Sendabunch were investigating the reason, with the intention of re-sending the order. It is now 30 April and I have heard nothing more. This is definitely not the service I expect and my friends still do not have their anniversary flowers.

I ordered flowers for my mother for Mothers' Day and paid the extra premium for guaranteed delivery. They didn't arrive so I contacted Sendabunch who promised to send a replacement bouquet and look into the matter. The replacement bouquet didn't arrive either. Sendabunch later contacted me to say that Royal Mail had tried to deliver the flowers and left a card to say so. This card was not received. Whether it was Royal Mail's or Sendabunch's fault is not clear, but I will not be using this unreliable service again.

Sent 2 bunches of flowers to mums for Mother's Day but both were well past their best on arrival. Most died within 2 days. I saw them myself. A great shame since I have used Sendabunch many times but probably won't do so again.

After the failure of the chocolates part of an order I placed to arrive I am furious at the lack of service I have received. Despite emailing customer service and emailing direct from the Sendabunch site on this matter, 14 days later I have not received a reply.

The flowers failed to be delivered, emails to and from failed to resolve the issue. In the end I gave the details to my mum as the emails were taking to long, she called as I live in new Zealand this was difficult with the time difference for me to do. it has taken weeks to get a refund but was happy to see as a way of an apology sendabunch sent my mum flowers anyway even if it was a month after her birthday. Thank you

I ordered flowers for my grandson who is autistic to give to his Mum on Christmas day. For him to ask and organize this was a big thing for us. The flowers came and they were awful. They were bashed in the box and they were wilting. They looked awful. I have used your service many times in the past and have never had any cause for complaint. It made this all the more disappointing. I had to rush and het him more flowers to give to his Mum at great expense as it was Christmas. I am very disappointed and upset at having to complain. I am hoping that this is a one off but I will be hesitant to order again from you.

Flowers did not arrive on date requested, when they did arrive they were almost dead, after writing to the customer are team twice, once to inform them that the flowers had not arrived then to notify them the disgusting state they were in I received an e.mail to say that I could have them resent with an apology, I did ask for a full refund as per their policy but so far to no avail. In fact my husband who wrote on their Facebook about this received a reply before I did. I will not be recommending this company to anyone
