your website cut off before I could give a delivery address to my friend therefore received flowers and chocolates myself no order no and no confirmation and not a message on card also. I thought because I had been cut off the order didn't go though so ordered on another website trying to contact your Customer Service useless response - who in their right mind sends flowers and chocolates to themselves didn't someone pick up on that will never use your website again flowers were of poor quality also

Good Morning I understand you spoke with one of our team last week, and the actual problem was with Amazon and how the order was placed with them rather than with an order placed direct with SendABunch. We would appreciate if you could amend your review to reflect this as Amazon processing issues are out of our control. Poor quality flowers bouquet (dead freesias and dying carnations), given as a birthday present, so much so that in embarrassment the recipient let me know and I had to complain to you...this is the second time this has happened in my recent experience. I complained to you and you promised to send a second bouquet...I haven't heard yet whether they have arrived or in what condition.

Despite the date we wanted the flowers to be delivered being advertised as available and paying extra for exact delivery date, the flowers were delivered over a week early. This meant the person was not at home to receive them so the sat in the post room for over a day. Very disappointed. Still awaiting refund. But another bunch of flowers plus box of chocs has been delivered.

The recipient of the flowers found them to be in a very poor state and complained to Sendabunch who apologised and sent replacement freesias. This is the first time I have had to complain about this company having used them many times. I was very disappointed that the recipient of the flowers, a dear friend, was put to so much trouble.

We saw the white freesias the day after delivery on the day of the funeral. Sadly they were not up to your usual standard being droopy and dull in colour. Next to other sympathy flowers sent to the parents of the deceased we were quite embarrassed although nothing was said. Very disappointed having previously ordered white freesias from Guernsey Flowers(some time ago) that were vibrant and strong looking. Has there been a change in policy since changing your name to Sendabunch?

Ordered fri eve now mon eve all be it a bank holiday and no sign except you asking for review Ok now Tuesday and I get this asking me to review Still not arrived!!!!

Good Afternoon, I have checked on your progress of your order and the delivery date is 31st August. Your order has been processed today, which due to the Bank Holiday Weekend is our first working and despatch date since 3pm friday so no delivery would of been possible over the weekend. I hope this helps. The email you received is an automated service based on a certain time delay from placement of order hence why you have received it. I have used send a bunch before and was very happy, but this time not so. My flowers didn't arrive on the 26th August as I had requested, they still have not arrived so the surprise is spoiled and the occasion missed. This is now Monday and still no sign of them. Perhaps you can help? Thanks, Carolyn Lindsay.

Flowers arrived 2 days early and my partner was not there to receive them. The box was also badly damaged. I complained and the flowers were supposed to be resent but 7 days later they had not arrived. I complained again and got a refund and replacement

Good question? I have already emailed my complaint to you but heard nothing. The flowers received by one of my recipients fell well below the standard expected. Several of the flowers which should have been included were not and neither were they replaced with anything of a similar nature. The bouquet came nowhere near the description an photograph on your website. I have bought flowers from you for many years and feel very let down.

I paid for my flowers but they were not delivered to a sick friend. When I discovered this I contacted you and was told " it was too late to claim my money back. So I use another company who I can rely on.

I ordered freeias to be delivered on 8/9 th Nov. They didn't arrive. This was a "Thank you" to a Care Agency who had provided excellent care for a cousin of mine who had died . (in hospital, from pneumonia) It was the day of her funeral. A second bunch was sent but these also failed to arrive- I was also given a refund. I tried to chase it myself as Sendabunch could do nothing as they were waitng for a new server. No joy from Royal Mail. They did arrive, Thurs. 24 th Nov. but were obviously dead. Very sad as previously I have had good service.

Firstly we would like to apologise for the added inconvenience this would of caused you at such a sad time. I can only apologise for the service you have received from us on this order, despite us attempting to compensate with the refund and second bunch there were further issues. It certainly isn't a true reflection on the high quality of service and product we pride ourselves on. You really should flag your customer's accounts when you fail to deliver what they had ordered and you have to give a full refund. Your let me down on my first order with your company, so I will not be using you again or recommending you.

An unimpressive service. I paid for an extra large bunch; the bunch that arrived had 5 blooms in it and lots of foliage, which very definitely wasn't the advertised description of extra large. The flowers arrived after the agreed delivery date and therefore late. For some reason two boxes of chocolates were included when none had been requested; the recipient is diabetic, so the chocolates devalued the gift. I will not be using this service again. Serenata flowers is much better.

Paid £8 extra to have roses and chocs delivered on wife's birthday. They were delivered day before. Had to make 2 phone calls to get refund. Although flowers are in coolest part of lounge they are nearly dead now only 6 days after delivery. Tesco guarantee their flowers for 7 or 14 days. Why can't you. Very disappointed won't buy from you again. Very Poor quality and service.

I regret to say that on my retyrn from Austalia very recently I was told tha t my flowers had not reached their destination until the new year.by which time they were dead. Until now I have not had the opportunity to contact you. I understand from the warden of the sheltered accommodation found the flowers but have no more detail. In the past orders have been successfully delivered. It is unfortunate that this delivery should go awry as it was a Christmas gift. yours sincerely jennifer galloway
